Wuterich Defense Team Gets 4 More Charges Dismissed

Judge David Jones ruled for Defense by dismissing some of the charges SSgt Frank Wuterich faces in his general court-martial. Three counts of reckless endangerment by firing a weapon where civilian deaths occurred have been dropped.
The judge also dismissed a charge of obstruction of justice alleging that SSgt Wuterich encouraged one of his Marines to lie to investigators. Since the case began in 2006, the law has changed regarding how certain charges must be alleged on a charge sheet and the government failed to properly plead those charges.

It is a real shame how American Heroes are mistreated in this country and how well corrupt politicians are pampered.

Justice, Justice, what is Justice??
Is justice sending our citizens to a war where nearly every single inhabitant is the enemy and then digging for isolated situations to prosecute warriors?
Is justice giving the benefit of the doubt to evidence tainted by enemy inhabitants and overzealous progressives in order to satisfy a political consitutency?
Is justice overlooking crimes by the leadership in Fannie Mae, Freddy Mac, Corporation CEO's, elected officials such as Barney Frank, Chris Dodd?
Is justice allowing a proven imposter, usurper, illegal occupant of the White House and presidency to remain in office?
Indeed, what is Justice? Where are the keepers of the keys of Justice?
Who, as part of the judiciary, will fall on their sword and declare the justice system in America as corrupt, self-serving as the political system it is supposed to police?
The three branches of government as called for in our US Constitution are without honor, without integrity, without any adherance to their oath, all leading to the destruction of freedom and liberty.

Our men and women in uniform give the idiots in charge that very right to be idiots.The people who filed these
charges should try walking point in an urban patrol in a hostile enviroment.Im sure they would see things in a different light.
The entire dog and pony show was created and maintained so our Govt. could say to the enemy --see--even we don't like our Military.When our Govt. is run by the Revolutionaries that rallied behind posters saying What if they gave a war and nobody came? And our Military run by men still haunted by the ghosts of Vietnam it's a wonder anybody puts on the Military uniform anymore.

YES , IT IS SHAME NOW MANY OF HEROES SOLDIERS WERE TREATED BY THE GOVERNMENT HAVE NOT SEEN THE FACTS DURING IN WAR WHERE HE WAS.
GOVERNMENT SHOULD KNOW THE WAR IS WAR AND HARD TO ATTENTION TO EVERY SOLDIERS ACTIONS IN WARS . UNLESS PROVES FROM SOMEONE OR TEAMS OF SOLDIERS ! .

It is disgraceful how our American Heroes are treated in the very country they lay their life on the line to defend...Thank you Frank Wuterich for your sacrifice to keep America free.....We need him here on our own soil because we are batteling the Marxist from within ....."God Bless America and please forgive us for what we have done", We are awake and aware and must undo the wrong in 2012!
