Actually any government grounds. Any time they say you are interfering with government business you are guilty. Wearing a hat in our county building is interfering with government business and people have been arrested. Handing out the constitution can get you arrested at our county building, not allowed to protest any where near the building. Carrying an American flag into the building of any size can get you arrested. This is before HR 347 was even thought of. A very damaging bill to the first amendment. It is also against the constitution, as is the NDAA bill, the patriot act. Yet we the people are allowing them to get by with all these unconstitutional bills.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

  Azmac............you mischaracterize the bill by calling it ..."Anti government protests..." which is misleading and in fact inaccurate....the actual bill is below.  If you read further in the Bill, it's talks about the presidential grounds, VP grounds/office etc.........as "restricted areas"     SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the `Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011'.

SEC. 2. RESTRICTED BUILDING OR GROUNDS.

Section 1752 of title 18, United States Code, is amended to read as follows:

-`Sec. 1752. Restricted building or grounds

`(a) Whoever--

`(1) knowingly enters or remains in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority to do so;

`(2) knowingly, and with intent to impede or disrupt the orderly conduct of Government business or official functions, engages in disorderly or disruptive conduct in, or within such proximity to, any restricted building or grounds when, or so that, such conduct, in fact, impedes or disrupts the orderly conduct of Government business or official functions;

`(3) knowingly, and with the intent to impede or disrupt the orderly conduct of Government business or official functions, obstructs or impedes ingress or egress to or from any restricted building or grounds; or

`(4) knowingly engages in any act of physical violence against any person or property in any restricted building or grounds;

or attempts or conspires to do so, shall be punished as provided in subsection (b).

`(b) The punishment for a violation of subsection (a) is--

`(1) a fine under this title or imprisonment for not more than 10 years, or both, if--

`(A) the person, during and in relation to the offense, uses or carries a deadly or dangerous weapon or firearm; or

`(B) the offense results in significant bodily injury as defined by section 2118(e)(3); and

`(2) a fine under this title or imprisonment for not more than one year, or both, in any other case.

AZRANGER   Yes it is signed into law. You have it right. Most people will do nothing. They are going to wait until they are naked and being marched into the oven before they decide to do something. Then it is to late.

Hate to say it but Phoenix is to far for me.I have attended protest here but very few people ever show up. Just the same few. People will  not even turn out when they are told that their property tax is going to be raised  24%.

Hi AZMac-! Did the Traitor-In-Chief sign it into law today? If so, that means the countdown to the 2nd American Revolutio has begun!

Now, where in Phoenix can I go and protest? Wouldn't it be grand if Ron Paul People, TEA Party People, and the Militia here in AZ decided to go and protest at the Federal Reserve Blgdg, or maybe even at the local FBI Bldg! I'll bet those treaonous bitched would come out in full riot gear! I think it would be great if they came storming out, and found themselves face-to-face with 500  well-armed Constitutional Militia Patriots who told them to drop their weapons or be forcibly arrested for their acts of sedition against the 1st Amendment!

I wonder if we even have 500 people with the balls to stand up for the Constitution herre in AZ? I can name several supposedly patriotic groups here in AZ who would not take that challenge, because they don't have the balls to stand up for their rights, as they are just paper tigers and keyboard cowboys!

Alas, another opportunity to begin the process of taking back our country will have been lost, because the Patriot Community does not have the hutzpah to take a REAL stand that might cost them something!

However, if anyone does want to get the ball rolling here in AZ, then let's get'ir done!

How about it Patriots? What if the militia showed up to stand with you, armed to the teeth, would you come out then, or will you fold like the cheap suits they think you are? My CETME is oiled up, loaded, and ready to go...HOW ABOUT YOURS???????
