We all need to call Mike Ross today. He heads the health-care task force for the fiscally conservative Blue Dog Coalition. He has "emerged as a pivotal voice for moderate Democrats seeking to lower the cost of massive (health care) legislation."
President Obama said that "his" health care bill would increase coverage and at the same time decrease costs. Okay, now we know they think we're naive (and that's a nice way to state it.) Every single time, no exceptions, when government intervenes, costs go up and efficiency goes down. Just because Medicare and Medicaid are failing is NO reason to take over health care for the entire country. Government take over will mean massive increases that will be swallowed up by massive bureaucracy It is mathematically impossible to increase coverage and cut costs at the same time. Completely impossible.
Obama is an ideologue and he talks about a Utopia and people seem to be mesmerized by him and believe things that cannot possibly be true. In his press conference he did not say one single word about the absolute wonder of our health care system. Not one word about the hundreds of thousands of doctors, nurses, etc. who work in our medical system. People and dignitaries come from around the entire world to get OUR health care. I am interested to see statistics on how many American dignitaries travel to foreign countries for medical treatment. I've asked Lincoln, Pryor and Snyder to check into that for me. I'm not holding my breath! Our own Med Center has a special department just to handle foreign dignitaries who come here for treatment. Just imagine how many more go to the Mayo Clinic or MD Anderson, etc. Any person, regardless of ability to pay, can walk into any emergency room in any city in this country and receive treatment. Any homeless person can call 911 at 2:00 a.m. and an ambulance will be dispatched to take him/her to an emergency room for treatment. When "they" tell us that millions of Americans do not have health care, that is a lie. "They" are gearing all their rhetoric to "insurance coverage" when millions of people in this country get the care they need, it's just not covered by insurance. Health care is NOT the function of government.

Obama Lied about Islamic Terror Threat
Terrorism analysts are rebutting President Obama’s assertion that the “scale of the threat” from Islamic terrorists has reverted to pre-Sept. 11, 2001, levels.
“This is a total fabrication,” said Steven Emerson, whose Investigative Project on Terrorism tracks radical Islam. “The ‘scale of this threat’ in the 1990s never closely resembled the terrorist attacks post 9/11. This is an outright lie.”

How to post "live" URL in posts at PFA............. Adding URLs in blog posts that are not "live" is a waste of everyone's time.....
Here's how....if anyone has better guidance send to me.....
First........type your text entry into the post block to include typing or paste the URL you want us to view........when finished with the text, highlight and copy the URL in the text.......then click the "add hyperlink" tool in the B, I, U box just above the text entry, after clicking, a window will open asking for the URL...paste the URL in the box and click "OK". You have now made the URL "live"...........it shows some code before the post is published, it goes away when you "publish post".......
