VA is the first state to enact a nullification law!
New Law: Virginia will not cooperate with NDAA detention NDAA Nullification Becomes Law in Virginia. Effective July 1st.
RICHMOND, Va. – On Wednesday, the Virginia legislature overwhelmingly passed a law that forbids state agencies from cooperating with any federal attempt to exercise the indefinite detention without due process provisions written into sections 1021 and 1022 of the National Defense Authorization Act.
HB1160 “Prevents any agency, political subdivision, employee, or member of the military of Virginia from assisting an agency of the armed forces of the United States in the conduct of the investigation, prosecution, or detention of a United States citizen in violation of the United States Constitution, Constitution of Virginia, or any Virginia law or regulation.”

I currently have a similar suit that I filed in Tennessee filed in California. My attorney in this action is Gary Kreep, a known Birther attorney. However I am not associated with the bither movement but I am a Constitutional Conservative. No case that I have filed has been dismissed and as it stands right now the Federal Court is finally going to hear the eligibility issue based upon the merits of the case because I have Standing. I hope you all will read what I wrote and if you have questions please feel free to ask them to me directly and I will answer you. Don't be confused when you read that my case was denied. The only denial was a denial to remand my case back down into State Court. The Court believes that the isuse is a substantive issue of vital importance and it wants to deal with the question. It is my guess that the federal court wants this pushed up to the Supreme Court. Roberts will see to it that Kagan and Sotomayor recuse themselves otherwise it will be all too apparent that we no longer are a nation of rules guided by the US Constitution. This will be hitting the mainstream media because I have similar cases in Alabama, and California. Many more will be filed soon. Please understand the importance of this ruling. The courts telling us that we are on our way'

If anyone wants to help. Ask to join here and you will see how you can help from your own home in front of your own computer. Do not go join if you just wanna tell them their works won't work and their state is trashed and history.

Gee! That was a defeatist statement, Jim. Thank God our Founding Fathers did not take the same stance. Frankly, everyone forgets about natural disasters and California is facing a lulu. We have vulcanologists here because we have a formerly extinct volcanic crater ready to blow.....in northern Death Valley. I can guarantee that if it blows (which has been predicted as early as a few days from now), it will clean California's clock, politically and demographically. Like it or not, God IS still in control.

And a state that support Paloci and boxer would care about the citizens rights because? This state is done. All the money and talet is either leaving or gone. The state is bankrupt and their talking more taxes from the few left working the state government silos. It's broke and the republican caucus is nothing but a pimple on the socialists democratic A _ _. To leave the state is another rollover for the elite hollywood socialites who have the illegals working for them out of dogma kindness taught in the schools. IOT's al red baby! OWTF....

Terry Jones to Burn Qurans on 9/11
The Rev. Terry Jones is planning to burn 2,998 Qurans on Sept. 11 in Tampa, though the exact location of the event has not been announced.
But on Jones’ Facebook page, Google Maps directs attendees to an exact location in West Tampa.
The directions are very specific. Motorists are told to exit the interstate and get onto East Floribraska Avenue. Eventually, drivers are told to “turn right onto North Ola Avenue, and then immediately turn left onto West Street.”

Muslim Terror Cell in Israel Plotted to Murder, Steal Body
The Shin Bet revealed Tuesday that in recent months it exposed a terrorist cell in the Hevron region that was planning to steal an Israeli citizen’s body, in hopes of trading the corpse for imprisoned terrorists.
The cell was affiliated with the Islamic Jihad terrorist group.
Several members were arrested. They were identified as Matez Mahmoud Taleb Abido, Bashir, Ayeed Mahmoud Zahada, Hazam Ouni Mahmoud Tawil, and Abdullah Mahmoud Ata Abido.
Hazam Tawil and Abdullah Abido have served previous prison terms for terror-related crimes.

Seven Muslims in Myanmar Receive Extensive Sentencing for Role in Riots
Seven Muslims have been jailed for their role in religious clashes in the Burmese town of Meiktila in March.
The Myanmar news site Mizzima reported that the men received terms ranging from two to 28 years.
So far no Buddhists have been convicted in connection with the deadly clashes

You have now made the URL "live"...........it shows some code before the post is published, it goes away when you "publish post".......
