Update: California declared sovereignty in 1994! Below is the bill number: SJR 44, chaptered on August 29, 1994.

Well, if this has been on the books for so long, then why are we putting up with the harassment of sick people? Along with the other abuses perpetrated by the Feds? Please join me in blasting Sacramento demanding they uphold this law. It's on the books, but the question is who is going to uphold it? It's up to us to demand that our legislators do their job.

Senate Joint Resolution No. 44 Relative to the 10th
Amendment.

LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

SJR 44, Rogers. 10th Amendment.
This measure would declare the state's sovereignty under the
10th Amendment to the United States Constitution and demand that
the federal government cease and desist mandates that are
beyond the scope of constitutionally delegated powers.

WHEREAS, The 10th Amendment to the Constitution of the United
States reads as follows:
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the
Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved
to the States respectively, or to the people"; and
WHEREAS, The 10th Amendment defines the total scope of
federal power as being that specifically granted by the United

sovereignty under the 10th Amendment to the Constitution of the
United States over all powers not otherwise enumerated and

I finally got help in joining and here I am! I don't know if I have time to visit the website much but am very interested in doing what I can to save us all and our country. I'm not a group leader or anything along that line but I'm a good soldier. I've been to lots of rallies in CA as well as others out of state. In addition, I hope (hate that word today) that we'll get more patriots from CA.

California Patriots,

I'm requesting all of you to join me in writing, or calling your State and Federal representatives to join AZ, MT, MI, MO, NH in declaring sovereignty from the Federal Government. I'm a medical marijuana patient, and am appalled at the harassment of other very sick individuals for using cannabis to alleviate their symptoms. We are under a cruel governmental system who preys on the weakest of our population, wasting government money in the midst of a deflationary economy! People, when is enough going to be enough!

Patriots in California,

Do you guys have skype? Our opposition is very well organized and has planned the fall of the US very carefully over several decades. How do WE plan to take it back?

Guys, our Founding Fathers PLANNED our country down to the last detail and gave room for growth and historic change. We are at a point in which we also must PLAN how to stand upon their foundation stone and not be thrown off it. Col Riley, I believe has a national strategy, within that scope we need to organize a state-wide strategy that is harmonious with the national campaign to re-establish the USA.

I'm very pleased with those who already jumped on board. As more join, pray, contemplate so that we have an organized individual state plan which is coordinated with Col. Riley's national plan. I would also like to see other states coordinate with each other as a piece of the national vision. To me, each State has it's own focus, flavor, and strength which give it a varying part in re-solidifying this nation.

I didn't get a chance to do anything yet with it. I'm thinking about running for water board. As many of us as are able need to run for political office. We need to flood the ballots with US patriotic choices.

Thank you for being the first to comment!
