You probably know about the gun control bill that was voted into law this month. Gun manufacturers are threatening to move out of the state. The story is here.

The state is now about to shut down all coin stores. A bill to require complete record-keeping on all sales, including photos of every coin sold, and recording the ID of every buyer and seller, is about to be passed into law. The cost of complying will shut down the stores. Read about it here.

AN ACT CONCERNING PRECIOUS METALS OR STONES DEALERS.



To require precious metals or stones dealers to provide a periodic statement of transactions in an electronic format to the local licensing authority and retain any goods purchased for at least ten days, and to make the requirements applicable to precious metals or stones dealers similar to those applicable to secondhand dealers.

You may recall that the terror of the French Revolution was run by the Committee on Public Safety.

How bad is this proposed bill? Here are the details, from the state’s website.

Property Description. Under the bill, the record’s property description must include:

1. all distinguishing marks, engravings, and etchings;

2. names of any kind, including brand and model;

3. model and serial numbers;

4. affiliation with any institution or organization;

5. dates;

6. initials;

7. color;

8. vintage; and

9. image represented.


Digital Photographs. The bill requires a digital photograph of property that does not have any identifiable numbers or markings. A number corresponding to the number assigned to the property’s entry in the record-keeping system must be visible in the photograph and remain attached to the property until its disposition or sale.

Bullion and Coins

For bullion and coin sales, in addition to the requirements under current law, the bill requires dealers to keep the record in English, be consecutively numbered, and include the seller’s general description.

(NEWSER) – Connecticut lawmakers spurred into action by the Sandy Hook school shooting have agreed on what they say is the nation's strongest gun control bill. The bipartisan agreements includes universal background checks for firearm sales, new state-issued eligibility certificates for the purchase of any rifle, shotgun, or ammunition, and a ban on future sales of high-capacity magazines, the New York Times reports. The package, which also strengthens the state's existing ban on semiautomatic assault rifles, is expected to easily pass the state House and Senate this week, reports the Hartford Courant.

Lawmakers from both parties said that after the school shooting, they decided the issue had moved beyond partisan politics, Reuters reports. "I wake up in the morning and put this green ribbon and pin on my jacket lapel to remember those we’ve lost," says John McKinney, the Republican Senate majority leader, who represents Newtown. "And what I’m proud of is that all of us, Republicans and Democrats, understood that some issues, and this one particularly, should rise above politics." Gun control advocates praised the bill, with some saying they were amazed at how far it went. Over in Nelson, Ga., however, city council passed a law making guns mandatory for heads of household.

Do not spam state groups with Taitz needing help! If you would take note she has been a great help whether intentional or not to this administration. Anyone pushing her crap on pfa will be suspended!

Patriots,

I'm not going to sugar-coat the urgency to lock arms, stand shoulder to shoulder in defense of our constitution, liberty, and freedom that is in dire jeopardy.

Please don't think I'm giving you a personal jab, demeaning you, implying you're not patriotic in demands that I'm going to make.

Only the most severe personal condition can keep you from being with us in D.C. on 11-11-11 as we become a unified body of patriots defending our nation.  We all know what the Obama Administration's unethical and criminal actions are doing to America...we cannot allow it to continue.  ACTION IS REQUIRED:

Are you going to be in D.C. with us on 11-11-11?  If so, muster at the Washington Monument at 0600 hours.

Do you think it's someone else's duty to carry your water?

Can you honestly believe what's going on in America is not a path to destruction?

Are you naive enough to think that the destructive impact won't affect you?

Do you have an attitude of "let someone else do it"?

Don't you understand that inaction now while we're free to stand-up will result in chains and blood later?

Would you stand by and watch as the blood, body parts of millions of warriors are sacrificed in vain?

Are you willing to let others stand and sacrifice for you while you have the means to stand for yourself?

I'm asking every PFA member and family to consider your responsibility to your inheritance of liberty and freedom...whether it measures to the point of you doing a share to save it?

America can't be saved by a hand-full of folks...it's going to take millions in D.C. to put the fear of God into the hearts of government...we mean what we say in the Declaration To Restore The Constitutional Republic...we expect heads to roll and it will take millions of patriots with "boots on the ground" arm in arm, shoulder to shoulder to do it.

America is counting on each one of us...if you're not one of us, hang your head in shame, stop associating with PFA and go back to sleep...we'll do it without you.
