STATE ATTORNEY SWEEPS FL SUPREME COURT JUSTICES LEGAL SNAFU UNDER THE RUG

Democrat State Attorney sweeps Justices' legal snafu under the rug        Apparently it's okay to disregard the law if you're a judge. Anyone who reads the decisions coming down from the Supreme Court is well aware that the Constitution is not always strictly followed. It's just eye-opening to hear a State Attorney openly admit it.          A police report found that Justices Pariente, Quince and Lewis had state employees notarize their forms on the tax payer's dime, which violates state law.          Leon County State Attorney Willie Meggs (a Democrat), however, used this as an opportunity to take a partisan shot at Republicans for for daring to ask that the law be followed, even by Justices.          After finding that the notary services of state employees were indeed used during working hours, Meggs washed his hands of the whole ordeal, saying "it is well established that the law does not concern itself with trifles."          Case closed.          What Attorney Meggs doesn't realize is that we don't consider our Constitution something to be trifled with. The arrogance of the legal community which has now openly admitted their contempt for state law, is precisely the reason why voters are taking a close look at Justices Pariente, Quince and Lewis.          Here's a few examples of some other indiscretions the Justices have downplayed as no-big-deal:          Was it a "trifle" when the US Supreme Court ruled that Pariente, Quince and Lewis violated the 14th amendment and devalued our votes by rewriting state election law to benefit one party over another in 2000?          Was it a "trifle" for parents of children in failing public schools when Pariente, Quince and Lewis struck down a law that would have helped them move their kids to place where they could actually get a solid education?          Was it a "trifle" to working Floridians when Pariente, Quince and Lewis upheld Obamacare in 2010 by striking down the Healthcare Freedom Act?          Breaking state law might be a "trifle" for Justices. Incestuous cover in government...when the court screws up, the prosecutors back them up...when the prosecutors screw up the courts clear them.....when the legislators screw up, the court clears them......is there any constitutional hope left???

 

Florida Supreme Court issue and the prosecutor is another example of judiciary corruption. State Attorney Meggs says "common sense" should absolve FL Supreme Court Justices Lewis, Pariente, and Qunice of using on-duty government employees to further the Justices election campaign. This "trifle", as Meggs describes, is apparently unaccountable to judges that took an oath to uphold the law, including the States Attorney. "We the people" must pay the penalty for"trifles" everyday, but a Judge is given a pass. Lewis, Pariente, and Quince must be rejected at the next ballot opportunity. My vote will deal with a "trifle".

I haven't studied this issue and, I'm not a resident of Florida but, the state has some sort of a board of judicial review that can be petitioned.

Ridicule these individuals into resigning ... Sunlight is the best disinfectant!
