If they are loyal to Hamas then the fed is immigrating terrorists and we should be able to file suit under the terrorist act / domestic terrorist act. It is very important to move this sovereignty movement forward so we can fire the fed.

J.T. Coyoto is very informed about the sovereignty movement and his email is: plus Oklahoma Representative Charles Keye has a copy of one of the best Bills I've heard. I'm going to obtain a copy of Oklahomas Law.

I found this has anybody seen anything else about it. What happens if they are loyal to HAMAS or another group?

Obama spends $20.3 million not many people knows about.

I understand oldJmpmstr you were just sharing what your representative said - I have posted the links to each of the states drafting or reintroducing sovereignty bills in their respective states in the Florida Sovereignty Act area. I just want to reiterate, this is not a secession movement nor a "divide & conquer" move - this is about the state's standing up for state sovereignty in the union.

When discussing this issue with Florida legislators, we need to provide links to other states doing the same. This will encourage and maybe help provide backbone to some. But we cannot let Florida fall. This issue must be in the top 3 areas for state elections. Thanks for your support on this matter. May God Almighty help our drifting nation.

I honestly don't know if we have ten years. This thing we were blessed with just might be in the crapper by then. Have any of you read Pat Buchanan's 2/17/ article on "trade deficits?" I was shouting in the wind 12 years ago about this.
BOTH parties are guilty of breaking us (sold us out) so we can be overtaken by a one world government system. This my brothers and sisters is communism 102.

Jmpmstr, You'll have my support.

Give me about 10 years to complete my studies and get my PhD and I'll be up there with you.

I'm with you guys on this. I was just reporting what happened when I brought it up to them. I know them, and most of them know me, and will know me even better in November.
Like I said, I'm working on an end run.

Amen Sam -
This movement is not a secession movement but a sovereignty movement. The states are saying they are tired of the federal government (who the states created) telling them what they will or will not do. The states send the money from their respective state to the fed and the fed sends it back to the states with strings attached. The states in the sovereignty movement are saying no more, the Constitution lays out the federal government's duties and bullying is not one. Thanks again Sam.

If the federal government oversteps their bounds, it is not just a RIGHT of the state to secede but it is their duty. I don't care what may or may not have been established after the "civil" war. Any contract can be voided if one party to the contract fails to uphold their obligation to that contract. If the federal government fails to recognize the 10th amendment, contract is null and void. EVERY state should have a state sovereignty doctrine, ESPECIALLY a state that was one of the original Confederate States. It looks like history might just be repeating itself. We could have the Great Depression and the Civil War all rolled into the decade to come.
