OK, with a vote scheduled for either November of 2018 or June of 2019, it is time to come out of the closet and invite any and all questions about secession, not about membership, for I have no idea how many are now on board.
To illustrate how no one, not me, not anyone knows all or even most of the supporters of secession. I was at a common core educational meeting, after the presenter, a state of Maine employee in the education dept, finished the floor was opened for questions. A supporter of secession said "Seems to me the only way out of Common Core now that Maine has accepted all that money, is to secede." The answer from the state person shocked me, for the presenter agreed and was supportive of secession, but did not know me or the person who asked the question.
Almost every ill you can name in Maine goes back to either federal regulations, mandates, of law.
All of that said, do you have a question? Questions pertaining to how the new Constitution of the nation of Maine would resolve a problem are the easiest to answer, for almost every solutions of the problems that have led to such excesses in government is answered in that document which, upon acceptance, will be starting with the declaration that it is the supreme law of the land and that no law that contradicts it or changes it in any manner is legal.
