How does one go about making an entry on county page?

Folks, this is a feeler email, not seeking to put fear into the community, but this is an alledgely a "police officer", but he doesn't seem to be of sufficient sound mind; with that being said, it is interesting.  Does anyone have anyone/contacts in the St Louis area who might have additional information or informtion to refute his claim?
As you know, anything can be expected from this administration.

iS THERE A GROUP FROM HERE ATTENDING THE 11-11-11 at Washington DC? I would not mind sharing expense and going with if anyone has a ride to go in . Checked the buss's going up none passing through here that I find. Anyway if a few of us can get it together to car pool our way there would be a good thing. My boss said I can be off for three days or so for this. Can reply here or send a pm to me. Thanks Larry

How to post "live" URL in posts at PFA............. Adding URLs in blog posts that are not "live" is a waste of everyone's time.....
Here's how....if anyone has better guidance send to me.....
First........type your text entry into the post block to include typing or paste the URL you want us to view........when finished with the text, highlight and copy the URL in the text.......then click the "add hyperlink" tool in the B, I, U box just above the text entry, after clicking, a window will open asking for the URL...paste the URL in the box and click "OK". You have now made the URL "live"...........it shows some code before the post is published, it goes away when you "publish post".......
