Patriots,

I'm not going to sugar-coat the urgency to lock arms, stand shoulder to shoulder in defense of our constitution, liberty, and freedom that is in dire jeopardy.

Please don't think I'm giving you a personal jab, demeaning you, implying you're not patriotic in demands that I'm going to make.

Only the most severe personal condition can keep you from being with us in D.C. on 11-11-11 as we become a unified body of patriots defending our nation.  We all know what the Obama Administration's unethical and criminal actions are doing to America...we cannot allow it to continue.  ACTION IS REQUIRED:

Are you going to be in D.C. with us on 11-11-11?  If so, muster at the Washington Monument at 0600 hours.

Do you think it's someone else's duty to carry your water?

Can you honestly believe what's going on in America is not a path to destruction?

Are you naive enough to think that the destructive impact won't affect you?

Do you have an attitude of "let someone else do it"?

Don't you understand that inaction now while we're free to stand-up will result in chains and blood later?

Would you stand by and watch as the blood, body parts of millions of warriors are sacrificed in vain?

Are you willing to let others stand and sacrifice for you while you have the means to stand for yourself?

I'm asking every PFA member and family to consider your responsibility to your inheritance of liberty and freedom...whether it measures to the point of you doing a share to save it?

Review the PFA front page, note the tabs at the top of the page.  There's something there for you to do....I've given some ideas of support on the front page.....

America can't be saved by a hand-full of folks...it's going to take millions in D.C. to put the fear of God into the hearts of government...we mean what we say in the Declaration To Restore The Constitutional Republic...we expect heads to roll and it will take millions of patriots with "boots on the ground" arm in arm, shoulder to shoulder to do it.

America is counting on each one of us...if you're not one of us, hang your head in shame, stop associating with PFA and go back to sleep...we'll do it without you.

Fox News

Linda H. Lamone, state administrator of elections at the Maryland State Board of Elections, told FoxNews.com on Friday that she did not foresee any problems with complying with the ruling, but was discussing with state Attorney General Doug Gansler and other officials whether and when an appeal would come.

"We are, of course, going to apply with the ruling even though we think its novel and unprecedented -- it's four days before the election," she said. "We probably wouldn't appeal before the elections anyway, there isn't enough time."

The U.S. District Court issued a ruling Thursday saying that the "manner in which Maryland is conducting absentee voting for state offices in the Nov. 2, 2010, election deprives absent uniformed services and overseas voters of their fundamental right to vote."

It added that the plaintiffs, which included a military service member still in Iraq, had shown that Maryland's current deadline would "severely burden" the ability of military and overseas citizens to vote. It said "the state's asserted interest in enforcing the present deadline do not justify such a burden."

As a result, overseas and military voters will be given an extra 10 days to get their votes counted. Instead of having to be received by the state Board of Elections on Nov. 12, they must return their ballots by Nov. 22.

"The federal district court judge found that Maryland's process of sending out a full ballot on Oct. 8 violated the Constitution," Eric Eversole, the attorney who filed the case, told FoxNews.com on Friday.

The lawsuit was a reaction to Maryland's enforcement of the MOVE Act, which required states to provide absentee and military voters with ballots at least 45 days before the general election. At first, the state had sought a waiver to comply with the law, but it then withdrew the waiver and decided it could mail out federal race ballots on time.

Because Maryland held its primary on Sept. 14, local results were not certified until after the Sept.18 deadline to meet the 45-day standard. Local boards did not mail out ballots for state races until Oct. 8. The MVPP sued the next day.

Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, said he was pleased with the decision and the MVP Project's efforts.

"But I am left wondering why a private organization had to act instead of the Justice Department. It is inexcusable that the department left Maryland troops, many of whom are serving in harm's way in Iraq and Afghanistan, to fend for themselves. They deserve our government's gratitude for their service, not a cold shoulder when their right to vote has been jeopardized," he said.

Christian Adams, the former Justice Department attorney who gained acclaim and criticism over his claims that the Justice Department was racially biased in its decision to not prosecute New Black Panther Party members who intimidated voters at a Philadelphia polling place in November 2008, called the Maryland decision "enormously important."

"One thing it means is that military members need not wait on the bureaucrats in Washington D.C. at the Justice Department to sue," Adams wrote on his Election Law Center blog.

"This also shows that people are more effective than their government. DOJ filed no lawsuit in Maryland. MVP did. MVP won a victory for military voters from every state," he wrote.

Lamone said that despite the ruling, the state is not to blame for the delay in military voters getting their ballots.

"This is a failure of military mail system to get ballots to and from military in timely basis," she said.

Maryland State Delegate Karen Montgomery voted to enable radical Islam!
http://www.facebook.com/note.php?note_id=454837607199&id=324842...

You all remember the Fort Hood Shooter Maj. Nidal Hasan, well he prayed at the Muslim Youth Community and Multiuse Center in Silver Spring under imam Anwar al-Awlaki. The U.S. under Secretary of the Treasury for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence warned that al-Awlaki "is extraordinarily dangerous, committed to carrying out deadly attacks on Americans and others worldwide". The Ft Hood attack was done on November 5, 2009, and is known as the deadliest terrorist attack on American soil since 9/11.

The details of Maj. Nidal’s lifestyle and contacts were known almost immediately after the attack. Obviously Maryland State Delegates from district 14 never got the memo, or maybe they ignored it when they asked the citizens of Maryland to borrow money to give this mosque (that is a private corporation) $200,000 dollars to continue its teachings of hatred towards American voters. You will notice that the request for funding was made on Feb 2010, not 3 months after the attack!

Nice move there delegates Ali, Taylor, Barkley, Kaiser, Montgomery, and Reznik.

Press Release
MVP Project Files Lawsuit to Defend Military Voting Rights in Maryland

September 23, 2010

Washington, DC – The Military Voter Protection Project (MVP Project) filed a lawsuit today against members of the Maryland State Board of Elections (State Board) to protect the voting rights of Maryland’s men and women in uniform. Download a PDF of the complaint.

In 2009, Congress passed the Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment (MOVE) Act to ensure that absentee military voters would have sufficient time to vote. At its core, the MOVE Act required states, including Maryland, to mail absentee ballots to our active duty military members at least 45 days before the November 2, 2010 election. This 45-day time period helps to ensure that military voters, especially those serving in war zones, have sufficient time to receive and return their absentee ballot.

Today’s lawsuit ends months of speculation regarding Maryland’s efforts to comply with the MOVE Act. For months, the State Board told federal officials, including the Voting Section of the Department of Justice, that it would not comply with the MOVE Act because of its primary on September 14, 2010. The State Board later changed its story when the Justice Department threatened a lawsuit. In a compromise negotiated between the State Board and Justice officials, the State Board promised to mail out a “federal only” ballot to military voters—that is, a ballot that contains the names of federal candidates, but does not include any state races.

“While the Department of Justice may be satisfied with a half ballot for Maryland’s military voters, we think they deserve more,” said Eric Eversole, the Executive Director of the MVP Project. “They are entitled to the same ballot that all other Maryland voters receive on Election Day. They also are entitled to have that ballot sent at least 45 days before the election.” Eversole added, “Our military men and women risk their lives every day to protect our rights here at home. The least we can do for them is to make sure that they have the same voting rights as their fellow citizens.”

The Military Voter Protection Project is a project of the Vets for Freedom Educational Institute in partnership with Families United, both non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations. For more information about the organization and its mission, please visit www.mvpproject.org.

Hundreds of Afghan Interpreters to Settle in Britain

Hundreds of Afghan interpreters who served on the frontline with British forces in Afghanistan will be offered the chance of a new life in Britain after a government U-turn, it was revealed on Wednesday.

Prime Minister David Cameron had initially discouraged the interpreters from settling in Britain, saying “talented Afghans” should stay and rebuild their country.

But many of the interpreters say their lives are in danger from the Taliban due to their work with British forces in the restive southern Helmand [...]

Report: Iran is Expanding its Nuclear Activities

Iran is making significant progress in expanding its nuclear program, including in opening up a potential second route to developing the bomb, a new U.N. atomic agency report showed Wednesday.

The International Atomic Energy Agency’s latest quarterly update said Tehran had accelerated the installation of advanced uranium enrichment equipment at its central Natanz plant.

It also outlined further progress at a reactor under construction at Arak, also in central Iran, which Western countries fear could provide Iran with plutonium if the fuel [...]
