Not sure if they would be able to rig the elections in each of those states, though.

Consider Texas, if Obama wins, even by a hair, we know beyond a shadow of a doubt that they stole the election.  Haven't looked at the rest of the listed States, but Texas cannot be a win for Obama, even by one vote, as the vast majority of Texans would rather let Obama hang from a rope than give him one more term.

Looks like Patty may have been right after all.The company name is SCYTL. Originally formed in Florida under the name of SOE Corporation, now bought out by SCYTL which is owned by George Soros. A simple Google search will show the company. Take a look at the states they do business with, Texas is one of them, and they control the voting for enough states to guarentee Obama re-election.

Caution: Please be careful here folks, we can easily be distracted and pulled in some misguided directions. It is the ploy of the left to try to overwhelm the system and get everyone chasing their own tails.
I just checked on the Skytl corp article posted by Patty, I got caught up in this one as well, so no bad critism on Patty for this one.
The real company name is SCYTL. Here's what I found on Snoops;

And Gringo, the sale of the voting to SCYTL was reported a weeks ago by Micheal Savage and he had verified that the paper trail goes back to Soros, as well as other prominent people all over the globe.  Heads of State, etc.  It is a very troubling piece of news.

@RON:  Rafael and I discussed the need for a letter of proposal and recruitment that would present to the average Texan the reasons and advantage of having thew Legisdlature in Special Session.  We do know that 20 people are Not going to carry this off. I'd like to get all my SA.Tea Party in on this.  I recognize that there are people walking in a state of dillusion, believing that we will For Certain Have Elections.  Well if violence breaks out in the country; very probably elections will be "suspended".  There's another Not so well know factor that has come to light; maybe NOT Factual; but ostensibly there is a Spanish Company contracted to count the votes, (ostensibly owned by Soros); something that must be Verified and Validated. So seemingly local control at the state and municipal level appear to provide the only means for getting our country under control. Possibly Rafael has started a Recruitment-Inducement-"Sales" letter to wake up the citizenry through their organizations but if not well that also needs to be accomplished.  On the thread about another Civil War, Mr. Scot Wimberly and I touched on the financial aspects of Sovereignty, Nullification:  Do you realize we would need to get the Legislature to establish firm complete control over OUR NATURAL RESOURCES as well; hence another point to petition for.

Find your local Texas state legislature reps and send them the link to the UN Nullification proposal on my web site, along with a note requesting their help to preserve TX sovereignty.

OK, If we cannot reach the Governor, then perhaps we can reach our own TX reps.
Go to the Texas state web page, down in the lower right corner is a block where you can find your local TX reps name and contact info. These are the Texas state Legislature reps, not Federal.

Note that the Tenth amendment amendment X is Roman numeral ten (X), typically used in this context. Please correct if I am wrong again. You cannot hurt my feelings.

If the goal is to shorten it for the Governor's reading, then consider that the first paragraph is largely repeated in the second paragraph.
