Terry Jones to Burn Qurans on 9/11
The Rev. Terry Jones is planning to burn 2,998 Qurans on Sept. 11 in Tampa, though the exact location of the event has not been announced.
But on Jones’ Facebook page, Google Maps directs attendees to an exact location in West Tampa.
The directions are very specific. Motorists are told to exit the interstate and get onto East Floribraska Avenue. Eventually, drivers are told to “turn right onto North Ola Avenue, and then immediately turn left onto West Street.”

Muslim Terror Cell in Israel Plotted to Murder, Steal Body
The Shin Bet revealed Tuesday that in recent months it exposed a terrorist cell in the Hevron region that was planning to steal an Israeli citizen’s body, in hopes of trading the corpse for imprisoned terrorists.
The cell was affiliated with the Islamic Jihad terrorist group.
Several members were arrested. They were identified as Matez Mahmoud Taleb Abido, Bashir, Ayeed Mahmoud Zahada, Hazam Ouni Mahmoud Tawil, and Abdullah Mahmoud Ata Abido.
Hazam Tawil and Abdullah Abido have served previous prison terms for terror-related crimes.

Seven Muslims in Myanmar Receive Extensive Sentencing for Role in Riots
Seven Muslims have been jailed for their role in religious clashes in the Burmese town of Meiktila in March.
The Myanmar news site Mizzima reported that the men received terms ranging from two to 28 years.
So far no Buddhists have been convicted in connection with the deadly clashes

How to post "live" URL in posts at PFA............. Adding URLs in blog posts that are not "live" is a waste of everyone's time.....
Here's how....if anyone has better guidance send to me.....
First........type your text entry into the post block to include typing or paste the URL you want us to view........when finished with the text, highlight and copy the URL in the text.......then click the "add hyperlink" tool in the B, I, U box just above the text entry, after clicking, a window will open asking for the URL...paste the URL in the box and click "OK". You have now made the URL "live"...........it shows some code before the post is published, it goes away when you "publish post".......

Bill. how familiar are you with this site?
I actually don't think I will be very active because all I've seen so far is people getting yelled at. Other than these 2 posts on your site, I'm terrified to post anything because of everyone getting their butt chewed.
They may even be justified, but when I can't even find examples of what is appropriate posts, and all I see is complaining about what posts are there, well, that doesn't lend itself to me wanting to share any ideas.
It's a shame too, as I've already made it clear that I'd gladly open my home as a safe house for anyone going to a rally and needing somewhere to store their family or such.

We moved out here from Charlotte about 25 years ago. The first question we asked was, "Why is it called Pumpkin Center? Where are the pumpkins?" Nobody knew. At least the people we asked didn't know. Turns out, there is a really great guy named Monte Rabie who grows a ton (?) of pumpkins every year right on 150, on the left on the way to Lincolnton. Maybe he got the idea to legitimize the name, but I'm not sure. :)
Looks like you might be in Iredell County. Sherrill's Ford is a lovely area. We are neighbors in any case.
