If anyone has read "ATLS SHRUGGED", you will recognise where I got my user name from.

Like the original John Galt, I propose that we in this area band together in mutual trade and support and just cut the government out of as much of our daily lives as possible.

If we don't buy it, they can't tax it.

Everything can be bartared, eggs, milk, produce, skills, labor.

Any cash jobs. If the government doesn't know about it they can't take it.

Some of my friends and family are… Continue

Hi John
You are right. When will the people of America learn that talk with action is useless. I have been trying to get people here in South Carolina to see we need an Army of true Americans willing to fight for our Country. Everyone wants to write letters or sign petitions.
It is time to form an Army. Ready to fight if need be. Well trained and prepared. A fight is comming so why not be prepared. If we wait much longer it will be to late. America will be lost by those NOT doing anything, not by those in the government. They are just waiting for us to get lax again and they will jump.
What will we do now. Its up to us.

Hi John, thanks for the warm welcome and the tip regarding the phone number. I have to laugh as I didn't even see it asked for area code only (duh me)!

What a small world it is that you used to live in Dixie! Wow, most people from Wash State have never heard of it (which I love)! Where in Dixie did you live and did you ever get out to Scott Canyon?

My husband and I recently found out that there was a 9/12 Coalition group in Waitsburg which is actually mostly Dixie folks! We are banding together to barter, support and hopefully educate some of these ignorant people who think O'Bama is the messiah.

I noticed you live in Walla Walla. Did you happen to get to the Tea Party on 1st&Main?

I am so happy to hear that there are others in this area like us as just a few weeks ago, I really didn't know anyone here but my crazy liberal neighbors!

Keep in touch and thanks again for the phone tip & warm welcome!

I have read all Ayn Rands books...I think?
Have you read We the Living (her first book), The Fountainhead?
I loved all her books and started reading them 25 years ago when I was in my 20's. I have also found out since that people who like her books as well as I do are people I really respect and get along with.
The Any Rand Center has some very good information online.

How to post "live" URL in posts at PFA............. Adding URLs in blog posts that are not "live" is a waste of everyone's time.....
Here's how....if anyone has better guidance send to me.....
First........type your text entry into the post block to include typing or paste the URL you want us to view........when finished with the text, highlight and copy the URL in the text.......then click the "add hyperlink" tool in the B, I, U box just above the text entry, after clicking, a window will open asking for the URL...paste the URL in the box and click "OK". You have now made the URL "live" shows some code before the post is published, it goes away when you "publish post".......
