The National Grand Jury, although a part of the judicial system, is an entirely independent body. Judges of the Supreme Court, the Courts of Appeal, and the District Courts of the United States, United States Attorneys, and Congress of the United States may act only as advisors. They cannot prevent National Grand Jury action unless that action violates the duly enacted laws as originally created in the United States.

The National Grand Jury shall review and evaluate procedures, methods and systems used by federal governmental agencies to determine whether they comply with the stated objectives of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution for the United States of America as properly amended.

The National Grand Jury shall review the officers of the federal government to determine whether they are constitutionally qualified to hold office, and to determine if their actions and behavior are consistent with stated objectives of the Declaration of Independence, Constitution for the United States of America as properly amended, and the criminal law as recognized in any of the several states.

No individual grand juror, acting alone, has any power or authority. Meetings of the National Grand Jury are not open to the public. All matters discussed before the National Grand Jury and votes taken are to be kept private and confidential. The end result of inquiries into civil matters are released to the public in the form of a final report which is approved, prior to release, by the Foreperson of the National Grand Jury.

These 100 Grand Jurists shall be given evidence, testimony in which to consider the basis of the alleged crimes. Should the Grand jury return a “True Bill”, I will create a “Citizen’s Court”, which will be presided over by a impartial Judge of standing. I will then seek arrest warrants, pursuant to the findings of the special Grand Jury. I is my hope and desire for this Court action to be televised during prime time, even if I must find the funding to buy air time.

Should the Grand Jury bring in a “True bill” against any named or unnamed Defendant, arrest warrants and the subpoena process will follow.

If an arrest warrant is issued, it (should) be served by US Marshals, or by the FBI, however, Defendants may be tried in absentia. If tried in absentia, the People shall provide Defense Counsel, should the Defendant not be otherwise represented.

The Trial (one Judge and 50 Jurors) or Tribunal (7 Judges) shall reach a majority to convict, upon the agreement of two thirds of the Jury (34 of 50) or Jurists (5 of 7). Standard rules of evidence and discovery shall apply, as will standard Courtroom and trial protocol, legal ethics and decorum.

In each case therein, the maximum sentence will be sought, inclusive of impeachment, removal from office, job termination, as well as the statutory sentencing guidelines per convictional charge.

My only wish is that should I fall, that the battle flag be picked up and held high. Should I fail to overcome the corruption and evil within our government, God Protect our National Militias and the United States of America.

The time for writing about it, complaining about "it" is over. Folks, this is doing us no good. The elected are ignoring us. Obama is following the U.N. 2000 Millennium Declaration signed by Bill Clinton. Every president is following the path laid down by prior administrations, including Bush.
I want grassroots organizations like this one to band together as millions are needed for peaceful revolution.

I went to their meeting last night. Bob is traveling all over the U.S. with a plan and is explaining this revolution which is completely constitutional. He has already addressed issues like taxes, candidate eligibility, lack of accountability, computerized voting, illegal immigration and so much more---some cases that went before the justice system and/or the way to the Supreme Court.
Courts ignore most all cases when confronted as they even refuse to address the first amendment, ...."The right or the people to petition the government for a redress of grievances"..AND IT'S MEANING.
The standard response (if you even get an answer) is "YOU HAVE NO STANDING" meaning, regardless if Obama is legal or not, his presidency doesn't affect you!! Or simply, CASE DENIED!! meaning they won't hear it.
Therefore, I am begging you all to check out WeThePeople.org or and GiveMeLiberty.org for a brochure, information and the opportunity to go and listen to Bob speak on this.
There will be 50 delegates from all states --nominees are listed on the site. Each will be vetted as per his qualifications and if in good "Constitutional" standing. We the people will vote on the final selection to represent us. Meeting for these delegates is already set. They are running with this program as fast as Obama is spending---Get on Board, please!!!

I think that I'll give up on this as I don't see that we are getting anywhere and don't want to "argue" with anyone. I am a law-abiding taxpayer and I expect others to be the same, ESPECIALLY our SO-CALLED President.

There you go right back into the attack on just one of the DC Whores. I did not vote for our President, nor did I vote for the candidate the Republicans put up. Can we talk about Teddy Kennedy, instead of our President? And then a Republican? Until we are only talking politics? This is a 'patriots' forum. Not a political discussion club. I don't care if the President was born on the North Pole. What I'm concerned about is that my lettus crop is not coming up. Catch my drift?
