I was USAF at Ubon (71-72) with SPECTRE AC-130 A/E models. I was in Life Support. Took care of the survival gear for the crews. Got to fly a few times in combat (even though I was not supposed to). The guys let me go up with them by sneaking me onboard. Left Thailand and ended up at Plattsburgh AFB, NY till I got out in 75. Went back on active duty in 78 to 84 as a High Speed Documentation Photographer at Nellis AFB on the weapons testing range.

- Thank You for the Invite. I would be honored to participate. I am not in DC that often these days ,but I will plan to be there soon. I will be there April 4 and get to the Wall early to help . It is the very least we can do for those who gave so much. I usually spend my Friday nights when I'm DC at WRAMC supporting the wounded warriors with the DC Free Republic. If you haven't been up that way I recommend it to everyone. Thank you again :-) I look forward to meeting up with everyone in April.

- Hi Redtrapper, I am hoping to get to attend The Victory in Iraq Celebration in D.C. But I'm still not sure if I get to. I'm really trying hard to work it out. I live in Oklahoma. I thank you so much and I'm am honored that you have invited me to join with the Vietnam Veterans of America to wash the Vietnam Veterans memorial. I see there is 8 months there. I really hope I sometime have the privileged of working with you all to wash the VVM. My gosh...my heart is humbled at the thought of getting to do that with you all and in honor of the HONORABLE 54,000 WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES in that conflict. I have Vietnam Vets in my family.

Oh hey, would you please add "Vietnam Veterans of America to wash the Vietnam Veterans memorial. From April to November we meet the first Saturday of the month at 6:30 am to honor those 54,000 who gave their lives in that conflict" to events on the home page. I can imagine so many would be honored to join with you as you honor our fallen.

U.S State Dept. Report Critical of Treatment of Muslims in Spain
The US government released its latest report on religious freedom in Spain.
Prepared by the US State Department, the report is an annual survey of how religious tolerance and freedoms fare in different nations across the world.
“The [Spanish] Constitution and other laws and policies protect religious freedom. However, some local government policies restrict the religious freedom of minority religious groups, including Muslims,” states the document released in Washington on Monday.

Two Maids Sentenced in Saudi Arabia to 10 years, 1,000 Lashes for Sorcery
A Saudi court sentenced two Asian housemaids to 10 years in jail and ordered their lashed 1,000 times each after they were found guilty of indulging in sorcery at their employers’ houses in the Gulf Kingdom, a newspaper reported on Monday.
Their Saudi employers reported the two maids to the Gulf country’s feared religious police, saying they had discovered that their families had been harmed because of sorcery practiced by the maids against them.

HOW TO JOIN YOUR STATE GROUP
1. Click on State Groups tab at the top of the page.
2. Find your State Flag
3. Click on Flag.
4. Look for link to join Your State Group near the top of the State Groups page.

How to post "live" URL in posts at PFA............. Adding URLs in blog posts that are not "live" is a waste of everyone's time.....
Here's how....if anyone has better guidance send to me.....
First........type your text entry into the post block to include typing or paste the URL you want us to view........when finished with the text, highlight and copy the URL in the text.......then click the "add hyperlink" tool in the B, I, U box just above the text entry, after clicking, a window will open asking for the URL...paste the URL in the box and click "OK". You have now made the URL "live"...........it shows some code before the post is published, it goes away when you "publish post".......
