My fellow Patriots, what are we doing? Are we too busy to understand the current risks to this country or are we just plain old lazy?

As a member that has been along for the ride for some time with PFA, I must admit that I’m concerned about our group, but so are others. We enjoy a membership of over 1,450, but given the threats to this country by socialists and communists within our country, that number should be 1,000 to 10,000 times our current numbers. That is, if Americans understand that every single freedom that we enjoy today, is scheduled to disappear over the next several months.

Let’s face it folks, the ONLY honest thing the socialists and communists are guilty of, is laying out their plan and acting on those plans in rapid fire order.

The ONLY reason this country is in the situation it currently faces, is that the same Patriots and good people of this country that foresaw what would happen, remained largely silent or at best, found cause to fight with our own side.

Conservatives outnumber leftists in this country by a margin of better than 6 to 1, yet because of one BS reason or another, we allowed the socialists and communists to take over control of Congress and the Presidency, in addition to the media, educational, healthcare and our judicial systems.

Would Congress be controlled by the leftists today, had American Patriots held our own politicians to task?

Certainly not! But while we complained and railed against the unbridled spending and lack of true republican (not party, but conservative) closely held values over the last 8 years, did we vote them out of office in favor of a true conservative? No! How did we let almost 75 million conservatives stay at home and not vote at all?

Now this country is up to it’s neck in debt, socialism, unfunded mandates and a federal government that is hell bent on destroying this nation, it’s wealth, it’s productivity and the freedom of 320 million Americans. Are you still too busy to take a stand?

Look at how many blog posts go without comment by this membership. How can we say that we’re engaged in this issues, when most of our members can’t write a line or two in the comment sections of the blogs?

To make my point even more clear, wander through all of the blog posts and see how few of us take the time to proffer our thoughts by posting a blog subject.

If this membership, and Patriots in general is made up of followers, the game is over. America needs and requires Patriot leaders that are willing to step forward and be counted in swelling our ranks, our efforts, ideas and thus, our overall impact.

At PFA, we do have leadership in the form of Col. Riley and those members that have been part of the Impeachment Team and Research Team and those that spend their valuable time as site administrators. But now, PFA sits at a crossroad, every bit as troublesome as we do with the very direction of this country.

Let me VERY clear. My following points (as are the words that preceded it) are NOT authorized by Col. Riley, PFA or anyone, other than myself. No one has requested that I submit the following to this membership.

Before each American today, lays but four options for our personal and country’s future. We can:

(1) Do nothing and let what happens, happen by mumbling our personal complaints to each other only.

(2) Spend our time calling, writing, emailing or faxing our government for redress.

(3) Seek redress by a formal and legal judicial Constitutional National Criminal trial.

(4) Reclaim our government by armed force.

How many of us really expect that choosing #1 will do anything to preserve and protect this country, it’s sovereignty or our freedoms?

How many of us can claim that any of the calling, writing, emailing or faxing our government for redress, has changed a single action in the last 60 days?

Some people believe in Option #3 and some do not. All would like it to work. Perhaps if everyone looked at the long view, rather than the short view of Option #3, minds would change. What is the short view? The short view is one that begs the question of judicial impact, i.e., will it work or will it not, in directly removing those politicians and private sector persons that have broken our laws, their Oaths and or the Constitution.

The long view is, I believe, more to the point. Option #3 if done correctly, supersedes a bias media and the indifference by those in power to ignore acts of civil disobedience, anti-tax parties, Tea Parties, petitions, or calling, writing, emailing or faxing our government for redress. It also addresses the leftist judicial system that is clearly in the tank for the leftist socialists and or communists.

How?

By taking the issues of the People’s right to redress, directly in front of the American People, without for the first time in modern history, the shaded veil of a biased media coverage, political grandstanding, legal linguistics and or courtroom gymnastics that are employed to defer the rather simple approach to such trials, of determining a right or a wrong, depending only on the evidence and testimony, as permissible under our laws. Option # 3 does not depend on party politics, agendas or the skill and daring of over paid legal snake oil salesmen.

Likewise, Option #3 does not expose its self to a federalized Court system that seeks to determine the case on the basis of agenda of the Court or it’s supporters. As such, the jury of 100 (or one or more of it’s 50 alternates) shall be the sole finder of fact, not the Court.

But to be clear, Option #3 will be VERY costly to employ, as no National Grand Jury or a trial, if required, can be held via the internet, phone or even teleconferencing. By the very nature of these proposed efforts, they must be done in a live format. A conservative estimate of such cost, could be expected to range from $326,500.00 to $500,000.00 for the National Grand Jury and an additional $979,500.00 to $1,500,000.00 for the trial, if a “True Bill” is proffered by the National Grand Jury. These costs include airfare, lodging, food, ground transportation, printing and binding, conference / courtroom rent. In the case of a trial, the cost of a satellite TV channel or proper advertising, are NOT included in these cost estimates.

The best method to assure the proper funding levels for our legal efforts, would be for this membership to encourage and or demand that Col. Riley form a non profit corporation. But no one should expect Col Riley do so, without at least 40% of the PFA membership making such a request. In simple terms, if you agree that a non profit corporation is the best way to raise the needed funding, get off your collective butts and let Col. Riley know you support the idea. It’s your personal responsibility to do so…do not depend on others to make your claim for you. Based on the sorry turnout of those volunteering for the National Grand Jury, this membership had better wakeup and damn fast. I can show you the way, write the briefs and proffer solutions, but if this membership is too lazy or self centered to stand up and play a real role in these efforts and solutions, all is for naught and the communists will rejoice, while the rest of us will be nothing more than the leftist’s fodder.

I expect few problems in recruiting “deep pocket” Patriots to help fund our work. This would include many in the Hollywood elite, business owners, professional athletes, common Patriots and more. But without a non profit organization, nothing will happen.

Then there is Option #4. If you can’t support Options #2 & #3, Option #4 is nothing more than a false hope.

So in conclusion, the solutions to this nation’s problems and the very real threat of losing every freedom that we now enjoy, is in the hands of each and every PFA member. You can continue to do nothing or you can stand with myself and other’s that have already made the tough decisions. Are you REALLY too busy to defend your country by letting Col. Riley know you want PFA to become a non profit corporation or that you can be counted on as a PFA Jurist or a PFA Defendant? Talking tough and acting outraged is NOT good enough my friends. You MUST be willing, able, ready and available to ACT NOW!

I love the idea of option #3, that is why I signed up to be on the National Grand Jury. Hell no I don't have time for it, nor the money. But if we don't gert sometning done, time & money will be gone for all of us & our children as well.

People, it's true. The Totalitarians are at the door! Mark Levin's new book calls them "Stateists". which is similar. Read it! These beasts are going to use the violence in Mexico as a "reason" to take guns from us here! There is a company that has the technology to number shell casings & bullets. They are pushing the government to regulate ammo & begion a national ammo registry as a way to skirt the 2nd ammendment!

The biggest threat to government are free people. As free people we had better get it together & put our government in it's place or our government will certainly find a place to put us!

I support Col. Riley and just about all of his suggestions. I would be in favor of a non profit. I have been actively supporting option 2 with little success. I would definately support option 3 and 4 if necessary. I am not a politician type person and not very diplomatic. I need a lot of direction in those areas. I am however ready and willing to stand and make sure that our country does not meet the demise I see it directed in by the current administration. I believe under Col. Riley's command and with orginization and direction we will be successful. Just tell me when, how, and what to do.

In reference to #3, please explain how a guilty verdict, from a “formal and legal judicial Constitutional National Criminal trial”, will change the national situation.

If there were a law enforcement entity, capable and willing to act upon the Oath of Office required to obtain that law enforcement office to begin with, we would not have the current problems.

Now short of Option (4) Reclaim our government by armed force. I vote for a Plan such as the following, for each State and the Nation.

The Plan to Restore the Constitution

and Protect “We The People” from the State and Federal Governments

These “Planned Actions”, shall be accomplished simultaneously:

1. “We The People,” shall Establish Committee’s of Safety (1) in each municipality, of adult persons, to protect “We The People” from threats occurring within the municipality.

2. “We The People,” shall Impanel a Constitutional Grand Jury (2) in the State of New Jersey to investigate, (A) the Legislature, Governor and Courts, (B) the creation and acts of the state Authorities, Corporations, and Trusts, which were given bonding power by the Legislature, which the Legislature did not have, and which was legitimized by the NJ. Supreme Court, which is appointed by the Governor, and the NJEA Union, under the Civil Federal RICCO Act, concerning organized crime and (D) other violations as the Grand Jury may find.

3. “We The People,” shall make our State Legislators, enact Gold Currency Legislation (3), thereby allowing all payments to and from the State of New Jersey be made in Gold, and providing converting the entire state government to the Gold Standard. Dollars could still be used in the state, but people would have a choice of exchange and savings in Gold. (See Gold Bill)

4. “We The People,” shall make our State Legislators, re-instate the Constitutional Militia of New Jersey Legislation (4) , and thereby reinstating the Militia of New Jersey comprised of the Municipal Militias.

5. “We The People,” shall make our State Legislators, enact, Public School Voucher Legislation (5A), which also “Privatizes the Public School System” and the “Enduring Patriotism Act”(5B).

6. “We The People,” shall make our State Legislators, Declare the State of NJ. Sovereign (6), using the 9th and 10th Amendments, of the Federal Constitutions.

7. The Sovereignty of the States having been Declared by the several State Legislatures and signed into Law by the Governor of those States, the individual states, confederating with the other Sovereign states (7), shall act as the New Federal Congress until the United States Government is re-created, subordinate to the Original Constitution of 1776.

I, a part of, “We The People”, believe taking these Actions will re-establish our control over our Communities, our Security, our Economy, and our Lives, and to end the usurpation of Our Rights, (as defined in the Constitution of 1776,) by the State and Federal Governments;
Do Find this Plan To Restore the Constitution and Protect “We The People” to be a viable, and worthy Plan, and Therefore, I do herewith, Pledge My Support, to enable all of these Actions and to actively and physically participate in at least two of these actions.

Why this works :

Establish Committee’s of Safety - It is organized on a municipal level, friends and neighbors are the Committees of Safety. They protect the citizens directly. Members of the local government are some bodies neighbors, and most responsive to the will of the people. If patriots control their neighborhood they have a power base, safety and a sense of empowerment.

Impanel a Constitutional Grand Jury – Impaneled on a County and State level, allows all levels of government to be investigated, and the Presentment information arising from the Grand Juries empowers the electorate and Committees to Prosecute Constitutional Violations. These indictments leverage the passage of the remaining legislation, and affect this years elections.

The Sovereignty of the States having been Declared by the several State Legislatures and signed into Law by the Governor of those States, the individual states, confederating with the other Sovereign states (7), shall act as, the New Federal Congress until the United States Government is re-created, subordinate to the Original Constitution of 1776.

Again, the cynic here. I like your plan CL but so much of it begins with "Make the legislature...". Living out here on the left coast, I've seen first hand that to MAKE the legislature do anything that benefits the American taxpayer or furthers the cause of liberty is a full time job with many obstacles. If we could make our legislatures do ANYTHING ethical that didn't cost years of time & millions of dollars we'd be doing it.

Who has the tome & money to mount an anti-amnesty size assault on our ruling class each week to bring back the liberty that we have given up?

I too am on total disability,,However,,I do donate,,I do blog,,I do call Washtington DC and give'em what for!,,I've call that place so much they all should know me in first name basis!,
I also get on Conference calls with my Sen here in Louisiana David Vitter,,and I ask him important questions that some on the call may not think to ask,,such as ,,'how can i get involved locally',,'within my ability'!,,

I have also gone to a Tea Party that was on March 7th in Lafayette Louisiana,,and I could not have felt more proud!!!,,they expected 'maybe' 200 people ,,it ended up between 400 /500 people ,,we were in a great location and people that didn't even know about the tea party would drive by and read our signs and would pull over and park and join us!,,we had guest speakers,,we got to meet several people that we only knew from on the sites on here mainly the Louisiana Resistance,,

"Is Obama a Prince Among Men?"

When seeking office, the aspirant must pretend to be what he is not. After seizing power, he should impose his agenda quickly and ruthlessly before his subjects realize what he is doing and have time to react.


Sound familiar? It might, but this approach was designed 500 years before the Barack Obama campaign in 2008.


Niccolò Machiavelli, a 16th century Florentine diplomat and bureaucrat, was the author of The Prince, a treatise on ruling successfully through the pragmatic exercise of power. Because Machiavelli had no concern for morality, but rather counseled ruthless pragmatism, his name has become a synonym for cunning political manipulation and deceit. However, Machiavelli's clear-eyed understanding of human nature and political behavior, has made his work a classic. In the course of his expensive education at top schools, could Barack Obama have failed to read it?



Those who wonder at the speed with which Obama, aided and abetted by the congressional Democrats, is moving away from traditional American ways need only read The Prince, in which Machiavelli advises,


"For injuries ought to be done all at one time, so that, being tasted less, they offend less; benefits ought to be given little by little, so that the flavor of them may last longer."


To win office, Obama pretended to be a tax-cutting centrist. Voters who fell for the ruse only now are seeing his dark socialist side, financed by debt that inevitably will lead to confiscatory taxation. Now, he moves with alacrity to pass revolutionary budgets, establish programs, seize assets, and never let a crisis go to waste.


President Obama has also shown a willingness to break campaign promises and lie. Machiavelli suggested that a prince should only keep his word when it suits his purposes -- but should do his utmost to maintain the illusion that he does keep his word.


In short order, Obama has plunged the nation into record debt, after a cynical campaign in which he (and the suddenly-uninquisitive media) ignored his own lack of credentials while criticizing the sitting president for excessive spending and debt.


After taking office, Obama swiftly assumed control of the census and has involved his activist community-organizing chums at ACORN in the process. That is likely to lead to sudden population gains in liberal Rust Belt states with declining populations, thus building an enduring political structure for liberal Democrats.


In addition, he is rushing toward socialized medicine, trade protectionism and nationalized businesses. Rather than being bold new initiatives, these are merely steps toward the socialist Utopia anti-capitalist liberals have pursued for nearly a century.


This new prince came to power with no track record, no experience, nothing but empty rhetoric.


As he addresses real and difficult problems, and his blunders mount up, however, opposition to Obama's rule is increasing -- even as Machiavelli warned:


"Those who solely by good fortune become princes from being private citizens have little trouble in rising, but much in keeping atop; they have not any difficulties on the way up, because they fly, but they have many when they reach the summit."


Machiavelli warned, for example, against lavishing benefits upon the population. Being overly generous is not wise, because eventually all resources will be exhausted, resulting in higher taxes, which foster resentment.


A new ruler should also take care when his subjects have a tradition of freedom because


"... he who becomes master of a city accustomed to freedom and does not destroy it, may expect to be destroyed by it, for in rebellion it has always the watchword of liberty and its ancient privileges as a rallying point, which neither time nor benefits will ever cause it to forget."


President Obama seems on course to limit Second Amendment, and has spoken of a civilian national security force as powerful and well-funded as the military.


Machiavelli's advice on business, however, does not seem to be heeded by the President:


"A prince ought also to show himself a patron of ability, and to honor the proficient in every art. At the same time he should encourage his citizens to practice their callings peaceably, both in commerce and agriculture, and in every other following, so that the one should not be deterred from improving his possessions for fear lest they be taken away from him or another from opening up trade for fear of taxes; but the prince ought to offer rewards to whoever wishes to do these things and designs in any way to honor his city or state."


Nothing there suggests punishing success in order to redistribute income, or "spread it around a little."


In truth, Machiavelli, as a guide to ruthless acquisition of power, is rivaled and probably surpassed in Obama's mind by Saul Alinsky. Obama was a community organizer before entering politics, a follower of the Saul Alinsky method of community organizing. Forty years ago, Obama's Secretary of State did a college paper on the radical Alinsky in which she noted that power was to Alinsky the "very essence of life" and that conflict was necessary to acquire power.


In defense of his pursuit of power, Alinsky wrote,


"We have become involved in bypaths of confusion or semantics... The word 'power' has through time acquired overtones of sinister corrupt evil, unhealthy immoral Machiavellianism, and a general phantasmagoria of the nether regions."


How odd that a man who dedicates his major work, Rules for Radicals, in part to Satan, felt the need to distance himself from Machiavellianism.

Just wanted everyone to know that I am so busy researching these bills and e-mailing my Rep.'s until I haven't even cleaned house for 2 days. I had Glenn on and fixing supper, when I heard a guy talking about California. He was saying something about if California's Supreme Court did't return a favorable decision that they could actually take it to the United Nations. My mind just went BONG !!! What is he talking about? Then Glenn said if we used the U.N. they would take over our rights. We wouldn't have the right to even vote in our representatives, that the U.N. would appoint our Rep.'s.

Well, I started doing research on what they were talking about. Let me warn you, this country is in much worse shape than I would have imagined.

Have you ever heard of "Sustainable Development"? Doesn't sound too bad, but it is very bad for Americans.

The report I read first "The Deweese Report" was written 10 years ago. It tell that the real agenda we face is a global one called "Sustainable Development. It is outlined in the United Nations's soft-law document called Agenda 21. This policy is designed to establish the U.N. as the main force for imposing global government, replacing national sovereignty, controlling the economy, using the enviroment as the center (or excuse) for such policy.

The Washington Times reported that Obama's new Climate Czarina, Carol Browner was a member of a global Socialist Society called "The Commission for a Sustainable World Society." Here's how the group's website states its purpose: "We are aware that essential tasks still lie ahead which we can master only through common action, since human survival increasingly depends upon joint efforts of the people around the world...It is the people of the world who should exercise control by means of a more advanced democracy in all aspects of life..political, social, and economic. Political democracy, for socialists, is the necessary framework and precondition for the rights and liberties."
The Financial Times on December 8, 2008 had an article entitled "And Now for a World Government" where they were talking about a report issued by the "Managing Global Insecurity Project" which calls for the creation of a United Nations controlled military force.
On February 2, 2009, The Times newspaper in London reported the British government's "green advisor", Jonathon Porritt, who chairs the government's Sustainable Development Commission and was Tony Blair's advisor on the enviroment, said that couples having more than two children are being irresponsible by creating an unbearable burden on the enviroment. According to the Times, "a report by the commission says that governments must reduce population growth through better family planning."
In September of 2000, President Clinton (remember Gore was vice-president) signed the U.N. Millennium Declaration calling for U.N. jurisdiction over the earth as a "Global Commons," encompassing all of the air, water, land, and airways for the purpose of taxing the use of natural resources. As a U.S. Senator, Obama introduced the Global Poverty Act (s.2433), which was written to impose a major part of the U.N.'s Millenium Declaration, specifically to put 0.07% of the United States' gross national product in the U.N. coffers. You can bet as President he will fully impose the Millennium Declaration into U.S. law.
The global warming is a hoax. It's real propaganda purpose and the power grab by other nations is to weaken the U.S. economy for their own financial gain. It also said the U.N. already has a plan drawn up for and some communities have already started setting up around our country. They will control all private lands and rivers and can even ban us from planting a garden to raise food for our own family.
They Senate passed a bill last week on land mamagement, taking in millions more acres for federal lands. I heard it debated on and they said if you lived close to that land, the government could tell you what you could do on your land or even make you move. Then I pull up the bills being presented in Congress and would you believe U.S. Rep. Rosa Delauro (D-Ct) has proposed legislation H.R. 875, which would prohibit Americans from raising food for themselves, their families, or even their animals without the National Government's Permission.

Patriots listen up !
While researching Sustainability Development, I also came across another very imoprtant issue:

Constitutional Convention

There is a revived effort to assemble a modern Constitutional Convention. Can you just imagine with the corrupt bunch we have in Washington what could happen?

The modern Constitutional Convention effort began in the 1970's. Since then, 32 states have issued the call. The total number of states that are required to enact the Con Con is 34. With the election of Obama supporters of a Con Con are now trying to resurrect the momentum. The state of Ohio is right now being pressured to join.
States that have already approved a Con Con include Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Deleware, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming. A few of these states have since seen the error of their ways and have voted to rescind their approvals, but their rescinding might not be accepted.
A modern Constitutional Convention could declare the U.S. Constitution to be null and void, and could completely rewrite the document. Former U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice Warren Burger once declared, "There is no effective way to limit or muzzle the actions of a Constitutional Convention. The Convention could make its own rules and set its own agenda.

The way I understand it...if a new Constitution is written, we only have one option. That option
