My fellow Patriots, what are we doing? Are we too busy to understand the current risks to this country or are we just plain old lazy?

As a member that has been along for the ride for some time with PFA, I must admit that I’m concerned about our group, but so are others. We enjoy a membership of over 1,450, but given the threats to this country by socialists and communists within our country, that number should be 1,000 to 10,000 times our current numbers. That is, if Americans understand that every single freedom that we enjoy today, is scheduled to disappear over the next several months.

Let’s face it folks, the ONLY honest thing the socialists and communists are guilty of, is laying out their plan and acting on those plans in rapid fire order.

The ONLY reason this country is in the situation it currently faces, is that the same Patriots and good people of this country that foresaw what would happen, remained largely silent or at best, found cause to fight with our own side.

Conservatives outnumber leftists in this country by a margin of better than 6 to 1, yet because of one BS reason or another, we allowed the socialists and communists to take over control of Congress and the Presidency, in addition to the media, educational, healthcare and our judicial systems.

Would Congress be controlled by the leftists today, had American Patriots held our own politicians to task?

Certainly not! But while we complained and railed against the unbridled spending and lack of true republican (not party, but conservative) closely held values over the last 8 years, did we vote them out of office in favor of a true conservative? No! How did we let almost 75 million conservatives stay at home and not vote at all?

Now this country is up to it’s neck in debt, socialism, unfunded mandates and a federal government that is hell bent on destroying this nation, it’s wealth, it’s productivity and the freedom of 320 million Americans. Are you still too busy to take a stand?

Look at how many blog posts go without comment by this membership. How can we say that we’re engaged in this issues, when most of our members can’t write a line or two in the comment sections of the blogs?

To make my point even more clear, wander through all of the blog posts and see how few of us take the time to proffer our thoughts by posting a blog subject.

If this membership, and Patriots in general is made up of followers, the game is over. America needs and requires Patriot leaders that are willing to step forward and be counted in swelling our ranks, our efforts, ideas and thus, our overall impact.

At PFA, we do have leadership in the form of Col. Riley and those members that have been part of the Impeachment Team and Research Team and those that spend their valuable time as site administrators. But now, PFA sits at a crossroad, every bit as troublesome as we do with the very direction of this country.

Let me VERY clear. My following points (as are the words that preceded it) are NOT authorized by Col. Riley, PFA or anyone, other than myself. No one has requested that I submit the following to this membership.

Before each American today, lays but four options for our personal and country’s future. We can:

(1) Do nothing and let what happens, happen by mumbling our personal complaints to each other only.

(2) Spend our time calling, writing, emailing or faxing our government for redress.

(3) Seek redress by a formal and legal judicial Constitutional National Criminal trial.

(4) Reclaim our government by armed force.

How many of us really expect that choosing #1 will do anything to preserve and protect this country, it’s sovereignty or our freedoms?

How many of us can claim that any of the calling, writing, emailing or faxing our government for redress, has changed a single action in the last 60 days?

Some people believe in Option #3 and some do not. All would like it to work. Perhaps if everyone looked at the long view, rather than the short view of Option #3, minds would change. What is the short view? The short view is one that begs the question of judicial impact, i.e., will it work or will it not, in directly removing those politicians and private sector persons that have broken our laws, their Oaths and or the Constitution.

The long view is, I believe, more to the point. Option #3 if done correctly, supersedes a bias media and the indifference by those in power to ignore acts of civil disobedience, anti-tax parties, Tea Parties, petitions, or calling, writing, emailing or faxing our government for redress. It also addresses the leftist judicial system that is clearly in the tank for the leftist socialists and or communists.

How?

By taking the issues of the People’s right to redress, directly in front of the American People, without for the first time in modern history, the shaded veil of a biased media coverage, political grandstanding, legal linguistics and or courtroom gymnastics that are employed to defer the rather simple approach to such trials, of determining a right or a wrong, depending only on the evidence and testimony, as permissible under our laws. Option # 3 does not depend on party politics, agendas or the skill and daring of over paid legal snake oil salesmen.

Likewise, Option #3 does not expose its self to a federalized Court system that seeks to determine the case on the basis of agenda of the Court or it’s supporters. As such, the jury of 100 (or one or more of it’s 50 alternates) shall be the sole finder of fact, not the Court.

But to be clear, Option #3 will be VERY costly to employ, as no National Grand Jury or a trial, if required, can be held via the internet, phone or even teleconferencing. By the very nature of these proposed efforts, they must be done in a live format. A conservative estimate of such cost, could be expected to range from $326,500.00 to $500,000.00 for the National Grand Jury and an additional $979,500.00 to $1,500,000.00 for the trial, if a “True Bill” is proffered by the National Grand Jury. These costs include airfare, lodging, food, ground transportation, printing and binding, conference / courtroom rent. In the case of a trial, the cost of a satellite TV channel or proper advertising, are NOT included in these cost estimates.

The best method to assure the proper funding levels for our legal efforts, would be for this membership to encourage and or demand that Col. Riley form a non profit corporation. But no one should expect Col Riley do so, without at least 40% of the PFA membership making such a request. In simple terms, if you agree that a non profit corporation is the best way to raise the needed funding, get off your collective butts and let Col. Riley know you support the idea. It’s your personal responsibility to do so…do not depend on others to make your claim for you. Based on the sorry turnout of those volunteering for the National Grand Jury, this membership had better wakeup and damn fast. I can show you the way, write the briefs and proffer solutions, but if this membership is too lazy or self centered to stand up and play a real role in these efforts and solutions, all is for naught and the communists will rejoice, while the rest of us will be nothing more than the leftist’s fodder.

I expect few problems in recruiting “deep pocket” Patriots to help fund our work. This would include many in the Hollywood elite, business owners, professional athletes, common Patriots and more. But without a non profit organization, nothing will happen.

Then there is Option #4. If you can’t support Options #2 & #3, Option #4 is nothing more than a false hope.

So in conclusion, the solutions to this nation’s problems and the very real threat of losing every freedom that we now enjoy, is in the hands of each and every PFA member. You can continue to do nothing or you can stand with myself and other’s that have already made the tough decisions. Are you REALLY too busy to defend your country by letting Col. Riley know you want PFA to become a non profit corporation or that you can be counted on as a PFA Jurist or a PFA Defendant? Talking tough and acting outraged is NOT good enough my friends. You MUST be willing, able, ready and available to ACT NOW!

You have generated great discussions that takes us to both ends of the issues. Most of us who who participated in these discussions have mixed emotions and are afraid of the reality of what we speak.

Because we are informed patriots, we know we do not have many working options left because of the the speed of collaps and degree of chaos that is growing in our country.

I believe that option #3 in theory will work. It will take probably take too much personal effort that is not available yet to sustaine this action right now. The people are not ready to "ACT NOW" with out some kind of 911 disaster to motivate them. Most Americans do not even know the extent of the problem yet. Most are like the frog in the pan and the water is bieng heated.

The "tea party" stuff is a pep rally for motivation of the American people. Most of the people I talk to inviteing them to the party do not know anything about it.. After discussing it with them 99% say it is a great idea and want to go but then say... "I have a hair appointment then'!

Till that day, I will keep my 1911 condition one, pray we have more time and can vote the SOBs out. I will also help in any way I can to get # 3 operational.

Thank you for all of your great articles. You do bring up topics for constructive discussions. Along the lines of #3 there are groups taking similar action already. Col. Riley doesn't have to re-invent the wheel, although I have that he can move mountains, and I am grateful for this site to help us share information and ideas on how to reclaim our republic.

I urge you check these things out. These are REAL action items. First, read about the We The People Foundation's plans for a Continental Congress 2009 this summer. You may be able to catch a live stream of a meeting via the internet. Watch one of the meetings - it is the fastest way to learn about them. They've been petitioning for redress of grievance for many years. They're way ahead of us on this. Join, support, promote this.

This is a Committee Hearing for HB639 Montana's Sound Money Bill. This bill would allow for a gold and digital gold based currency to compete against the FRN (Federal Reserve Note) dollar. This gold based system would be completely voluntary for citizens and would only survive if Montanan's choose to use it. Rep. Bob Wagner submitted the bill on 3-12-09. A Citizens Grand Jury here in Georgia has indicted Obama and the Indictment has been legally Notarized and forwarded to the Ga. State Attorney General and to the Federal Attorney General. Now we shall see what comes next. Should the Attorney Generals fail to treat this Indictment in a serious manner, we shall then be forced to Indict those idividuals for malfeasance in office and treason against the U.S. Constitution. I presume that at some point the Powers That Be will assume the stance that we are in violation of their authority and will move against those that have taken this iniative. Let me publicly thank Carl A Swensson and the other courageous folks that stepped up and made the "Georgia Citizens Grand Jury" a reality.

I am at present under consideration as an Alternate for that Citizens Grand jury and I am honored to be so considered.

"Citizens Grand Jury" initiatives must be started in every State in the Union and their Constitutional Authority must not be allowed to be trampled by UnLawfull Government at any level. The UnLawfull prosecution, or persecution of those individuals involved in the "Citizens Grand Jury" initiatives must be considered to be an almost certain eventuality. The folks here in Georgia that have preceded me in their efforts and all of those that follow must depend on all of your efforts, in your States and Communities to bulwark our efforts. Being the first to take a stand means being the first targeted for retaliation by the Democrat/Socialist Obama Steam-Roller. I am like you, when I read the post that you had responded to where the guy was chewing people out like a drill sergeant it did not exactly cause me to want to just on his bandwagon although in fairness he did make some good points.

I know one thing this 6 to 1 ratio conservatives to liberals he was talking about is way off base. After you subtract the people less than 18 years old (non eligible voters) that is about 70 million people which leaves us with about 220 million. 43 million Hispanics, 34 million Blacks, 5 million Muslims and estimated 25 million homosexuals and then there are 2 million prisoners that can’t vote.

That is close to 100 million that just are not conservatives over all. It is closer to 50 to 50 as the polls have shown since the first Bush. This guy is saying 84% of the voting public is conservative; if anything it is the other way around. That is just wishful thinking; this is why we have the battle we have. I have proclaimed for years that the conservative constitutionalists are way out numbered.

Fifty percent of the people are on the government dolls. I won’t get into the approx. 15 million illegals and if Obama has his way they will citizens and you darn good well they are not conservatives. No we are a minority and a battle is eminent.

We the people have the right and the obligation to alter or abolish any government that becomes destructive of the inalienable rights endowed by our Creator and rights codified in the United States Constitution.

The best I can tell this is impossible.

I am disabled and on disability income. I can not financially do anything, and I am mobility challenged. I am frustrated as hell and want to do something. This man has to be stopped. We spend a lot of time on these blogs venting but, as you say it’s the same choir.

I want to thank all of my friends that have posted on this issue. the insight and care to which most have posted have been a great thing to see. I never expected that we would all agree on every issue, but it is cler that the members that have posted here, love their country and have the common sense to look at all of the issues before going down a certain path. But I do feel it neccessary to point out to the membership, that the PFA national Grand Jury is designed as just that.. a "NATIONAL GRAND JURY". I agree that each state membership should floow suit, but I would hope it would be after our efforts have concluded. To that end, we at PFA will open our research to those that have need, once we have conducted the National Grand Jury and the resulting trial, if any.

I also agree that the one this this nation doesn't have, is time. Evil spreads across this country at an alarming rate and MUST be challenged every step of the way. Do not discount the power of your letters, faxes, petitions, phone calls or Tea Party marches.. or even marches on Washington DC. We need them all and part of our duty as I see it, is to bring more Americans into our fold and show them the real truth behind what is going on.

We need to put pressure on our states to repell the intrusion of the Feds into what are clearly state's right and private rights..... we MUST challenge.....we MUST fight....we MUST not lay down and rest until the evil in this nation is no more.

No one person can get the job done.. not Col. Riley, not I and not you. But together we can create a perfect storm of Americans that can fight on so many levels that the evil will not have a chance to dig in. We call it teamwork!

Let us reach out to othe groups such as our... but let us never forget those Americans that are so gripped with fear, that they know not which way to turn. I'll venture to guess that any member of PFA has enough factual information on what is going on, as to turn some cowards into Patriots. Let us NOT forget that not all Americans are able to protect or defend themselves or others... which one of us would leave them at their own peril?

I have been in communication with Carl Swensson and host of others that are either planning on National Grand Juries or are looking to set one up. PFA will NOT turn our back on them.

Having read and re-read the 147 comments herein, I am absolutely impressed by the passion and depth of knowledge this membership has demonstrated. Unlike the leftists, we can debate the issues and still keep our sense of humor. However.. I must report that my "moonwalk" still ain't up to snuff yet!

At the same the Committees of Safety are in support of the End The Fed movement. They are in support of sound money legislation in individual states, and state sovereignty legislation. Also, the We The People Foundation and We The People Congress supports ending the fraudulent income tax as well as ending the federal reserve, which goes hand in hand with the federal reserve being in violation of the Constitution.

I look at all of the people's grand juries and hope them well. Perhaps by sheer numbers of states that have found "True Bills", can somehow then be forced on the USAG to act on. Please don't hold your collective breaths.

When i was asked to create the PFA National Grand Jury, the PFA Team took the time to do the research and took the time to see where the Administration would try and block our efforts.

Those findings revealed that the appointment of our present USAG, would do nothing to act against this administration or any other criminal element that supports and or are sourced from the socialist gang of criminals, which now have embedded themselves throughout this administration.

One does not need the USAG, as any Federal Judge and any Federal Prosecutor can in fact, sit a federal jury (made from one qualified person from each state) and proceed with the trial.

One special part of the PFA National Grand Jury and unlike any other effort to date, we called for the indictement of those members of Congress, that refused to uphold their Constitutional obligations as spelled out in the in both the Constitution and their individual Oaths of office. Once indicted, no member of Congress would be able to legally defend the illegal one, during the impeachment.

But regardless of going state by state, or using a true National Grand Jury, the issues and facts remain the same... or are they?

Why play 'paddy cakes'?

We definitely need to resolve the Federal Reserve System NOW ! This group of elite bankers (Bilderburg Group) is controling everyone in Washington like puppets on strings. But something else is really bothering me and making me very scared.Here are a few things I ran across in a documentary afew days ago:

Executive Order #10999 allows the government to take over all modes of transportation.

Executive order # 11000 allows the government to mobilize civilians into work brigades under government supervision.

Executive Order # 11921 provides that the President can declare a state of emergency that is not defined, and Congress cannot review the action for 6 months.

Senate Bill #1873 allows the government to vaccinate you with untested vaccines against your will.
This bill is very upsetting because of a report I saw a few days earlier about the vaccine for A/H1N1 (swine flu) saying it was bioterrorism . In fact the title of the article was "Bioterrorism: Intent to Commit Mass Murder: Obama Cited as Defendent". It starts," an investigative journalist is warning the world that the greatest crime in the history of humanity is underway. Jane Burgermeister has recently filed criminal charges with the FBI against the World Health Organizations, the U.N. and several of the highest ranking government and corporate officials concerning bioterrorism and attempts to commit mass murder. She has also prepared an injunction against forced vaccination which is being filed in America." She goes on to say that this swine flu outbreak was genetically engineered. In her charges she presents evidence that a group operating under the direction of international bankers who control the Federal Reserve are behind this. Everyone needs to read this.

What really got me was a couple of days later in my local paper it said that the vaccine should be available shortly and the government was providing it. The article went on to say they were going to take it to the school and vaccinate all school age children first then pregnant women and medical staff.

In that article on bioterrorism it said if you refused to take the vaccine, they would put you into quarantine in one of their FEMA Camps.

So the way I am thinking, if we get to close, because of these executive orders and along with "The Patriot Act" we might really have to fight just like our forefathers did for our freedom. And on that documentary it also showed that they have got these implants ready to inject into you so they can know your every move. Strange thing I thought about, What if they inject that Chip into you when they give you their mandated swine flu vaccine.

People wake up. It is almost too late NOW. We have slept too long. Yes I am worried and scared. I don't mind admitting it. Every one needs to go watch this video. It is almost 2 hours long, but you can pause it and take a break. Also download it. They said it had already been took off one time.

Yes I support the idea of Col. Riley forming a non-profit corporation for PFA. I am so glad we have people like Col. Riley. Yes I will go join the Grand Jury. I am ready to help any way I can.

One more thing I would like to mention. For a fair election we need to go back to paper ballots and every state needs to be like Ga. with a picture ID. On that documentary you will see where Clinton Curtis, a computer programmer, testified at a Forum on the 2004 Presidential Election telling how he wrote a program and it was used to fix the voting machines in a campaign in Florida in 2000:
Question: Are there programs that you currently use to fix elections?

Question: How do you know that to be true?
Curtis: October of 2000 I wrote a protype for the present Congressman Tom Feeney at the company I worked for in Florida that did just that.
Question: When you say it did just that, do you mean it would rig an election?
Curtis: It would flip the votes 51-49 to whoever you wanted the election to go to.
Question: Would that program that you designed be something that election officials that might be on the board of elections be able to detect?
Curtis: They would never see it.
Question: So how would such a secret program that would fix the election, how would it be detected?
Curtis: You would have to have the source code or have to have a reciept and count the hard paper votes against the actual vote total. Other than that you won't see it.

So you see, we can't wait until the next election because unless we change back to paper ballots and make it illegal to have more that just the one day vote, either Acorn people will all be registered to move around from state to state and vote illegally and rigged voting machines will still not let the voice of the people be heard. Also no absentee votes except for our armed forces.

I have also read that the Federal Reserve is holding the American people's gold that used to be in Fort Knox. We must demand that Congress do their duty and audit the Federal Reserve and return this asset back to the American people.
