It could be a five-year program, for another $104 billion, we bail out all of the states. For another $100 billion, we bail out all of the cities.

We put people to work through a civilian conservation corps, through a Works Progress Administration because the hour demands it, and as more people work, they pay taxes, they pay taxes into the 4th quarter, they buy wares, they buy homes, they meet their obligations and our economy begins to work its way out of this protracted recession. And I hope the president begins to continue to exercise extraordinary constitutional means based on the history of Congresses that have been in rebellion in the past.”

Isn’t that a novel idea. Take from the people who work their asses off for it, just to give it back, with government jobs that have never worked, because you are only stealing from the people, and then giving it back in wages that were in the people’s pockets in the first place. How stupid can one man get? That, plus the constitution doesn’t allow this.
Jackson said that this program of his would only cost 600 Billion. For crying out, he is acting like this money is his to give out. And like most liberal politicians, he is acting like we have it to give. That is the kind of thinking that has this country in the mess it is in now.
But Debbie Halvorson, who is challenging Jackson in the democratic primary said this in a written statement: “In Rep. Jackson’s entire congressional career, he has never introduced a single jobs bill. Now, he’s calling on the president to suspend the Constitution? As a representative of the people, you don’t give up when you hit a roadblock and throw the Constitution out the window – you keep working to get something done.”
Now to see something like this coming from a democrat these days is rather rare. But it’s great that it’s out there, and not just a Republican platform. Sadly, it seems most of the democrats and a lot of the older republicans have lost that point.
I have been saying this since I can’t remember when. You cannot spend your way out of debt! When are these politicians going to get that through their thick skulls? I mean, you don’t continue spending when your family is out of money do you?
The trouble is, the liberals do not think that way. And Obama is a great example of this. And my friends, this kind of thinking is what is destroying this nation. And it isn’t by accident. It’s by design. The Liberal design to destroy what is good, and replace it with the bad. This is a battle that will always be ongoing, as long as we keep electing liberals to high office. I hope we learn to stop doing that.

Sweden Burns for the Fifth Straight Night
In Rinkeby a predominantly immigrant district in northern Stockholm, firefighters rushed to put out flames that engulfed six cars parked alongside each other. Five cars were totally gutted, and one sustained more moderate damage, according to an AFP photographer on the scene.
The continued vandalism left local residents irate, with hundreds gathering at the scene to express their frustration.

Muslim Butchers Known to British Security Services
Two men who slaughtered a soldier in a Woolwich street were known to security services, it emerged today.
David Cameron revealed that authorities were looking into what was already known about Drummer Lee Rigby’s killers, but it is not thought they were considered to be an immediate threat.
