There is also a man in Canada named Robert Menard who is teaching about the "Notice of Understanding and Claim of Right." The only catch is that to legally do this you must start a "Society, or join an existing one." When you reaserch this topic you will discover this. You can google the topics above. I don't agree with them using the Name Of Jesus Christ and of God and living like the world. However they have discovered some truth about other things. If I were to start a "Society, it would be a True Christian one and The King James Bible Authorized Version would be the Law, Completely and Unequally." The Foundation of it Would be The Cross of Calvery. It would not be mine but the Lord's.

Whereas it is my understanding that I am who I say I am, and,

Furthermore, it is my understanding that I possess and retain the God given, inalienable right to convene a proper court de jure in order to address any potentially criminal actions of any peace officers, government principals or agents or justice system participants who having been served notice of this claim fail to dispute or discuss or make lawful counterclaim and then interfere by act or omission with the lawful exercise of established rights and freedoms.

Furthermore, it is my understanding that law of agent and principal applies and that service upon one is service upon both.

Furthermore, it is my understanding that I possess and retain the God given, inalienable right to the right to deal with any counterclaims or disputes publicly and in an open forum using discussion and negotiation and to capture on video tape said discussion and negotiation for whatever lawful purpose I see fit.
