Remembering our Troops during Christmas

As each year passes the next seems to go by a little faster then the previous, Christmas will be here at the end of the week and it seems as all I did was blink twice since Christmas last. Last Christmas I and my boys were writing to my nephew and several others in Iraq and sending them a small Christmas gift. This year we are blessed to have Rance home safe and to be spending Christmas with him.

I say "Blessed" because that is exactly what we are. Three of my four nephews went to Iraq and Afghanistan and all came home to us. Many have families have not been so lucky as us, many families have sons and daughters still abroad. Those families will be missing their loved ones this Christmas.

The least we can do is to set a place at the table for a fallen soldier and to give them a moment of silence when we say grace. To say Thank you to all of those that have fought for us and to remember the ones that the Lord has taken into his Kingdom.

How to post "live" URL in posts at PFA............. Adding URLs in blog posts that are not "live" is a waste of everyone's time.....
Here's how....if anyone has better guidance send to me.....
First........type your text entry into the post block to include typing or paste the URL you want us to view........when finished with the text, highlight and copy the URL in the text.......then click the "add hyperlink" tool in the B, I, U box just above the text entry, after clicking, a window will open asking for the URL...paste the URL in the box and click "OK". You have now made the URL "live" shows some code before the post is published, it goes away when you "publish post".......
