U.S. ARMY NORTHCOM has initiated Massive Training Exercises all across the country, that has alarmed Residents in numerous States.
 
An estimated 25 military and urban defense center locations around the country began air and ground exercises for operations as part of a Joint Task Force Civil Support mission Called "VIBRANT RESPONSE 13" in coordination with the Department of Homeland Security and FEMA. 
 
This event was announced on or about July 25, 2012, however these announcements were intermittent with respect to what media received, the press releases and if the media reported it at all the local citizens as it has been reported that residents in many areas across the country were in various levels of fear seeing and hearing military operations in their neighborhoods.
 
One such Training Location is being held at Muscatatuck Urban Training Center in Indiana, whereby the National Guard base there has closed off more than one public access road and has completely taken over the State Fairgrounds and Facilities.
 
Watchmen Of America has been able to activate Sentinel Operatives in the area to
gain access to the event in Indiana and obtain a complete SITREP as to the activities there as well as Official NORTHCOM documents detailing the operations, as well as photographs deep inside the belly of the beast.

At this moment we are classifying this as a LEVEL FOUR ALERT- meaning LOW LEVEL ALERT and this Type Alert is also detailed on our Page, for more information.
