Constitutional Emergency

When a US government sets itself above the Constitution. When those elected and entrusted by the people willfully and un-constitutionally elevate their positions above the law.  When a president declares his disdain for the Constitution and resorts to executive powers which only exist within the confines of his own mind.  This is TREASON!  When government brings to bare the forces at its disposal to subdue the governed by laws it excuses itself from compliance of there is Treason and Tyranny.  Those elected to such a government commit nothing less than "high crimes and misdemeanors" by which they expose themselves to arrest and trial by the people.  There is no doubt whatsoever that the government of the 113th Congress, the President elect 2008, the current Supreme Court and the current administration are guilty al all the above violations of the U S Constitution as well as a large number of statute laws of every state in our Republic.  It is time they answered for their criminal behavior, their lies, treason and defiance of the United States Constitution!

Right, but do you have anybody with the guts (and survives before he gets to steps of the WH) to pick him up? And what about the rest of those crooks?

I feel the only way to remove him is to have military and former military officers and NCOs physically arrest him and detain him and his accomplices in the WH for trial---a military coup perhaps, but necessary, nontheless!  Then and only then will those complicit in this treasonous government, come forward to protect themselves from detention and then in light of the "American Spring" replace those who have been named as traitors by the leaders of the coup

Yes and also arrest the present military  leaders, such as joint chiefs and active commanders, who are complicit,--remove them for trial also

Having stated the dictionary definition, the very term "treason" is a legal term which may be played with by both parties on either side of a conflict.  And, it has... and will continue to be.

Certainly, there are those in office now who have thrown that word around to gain the support of their "sheep".  If used loosely too often, it loses its sting.  If never challenged, it will exist and grow in its very form, virtually un-noticed until nothing but a state of despotism remains for the subjected.

We have along road ahead of us, friends.  We have seen and heard the comments for many years:

"They are too big, this will be difficult?"

"We must fight!"

"We must do this peacefully."

Yes, yes and yes... I get it.  But there is reverence in doing what is right.  There is a calm in the spirit of the Patriot that performs his duty to country and Constitution, not for himself, but for others that they may enjoy liberty.  Our founders made one final plea in the summer of 1776; near 15 months after the official battle which marked the opening shots of our Revolution were fired, in the signing of the Declaration of Independence.  They formally notified their government, of their intentions to separate themselves from those who no longer cared enough to hear their pleas.  In their claim, you may recall they state simply that;

"(...)Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.--Such has been the patient sufferance(...)"

I believe that should a call to justice not be heard and effected upon those who have wronged our nation and failed to uphold their oaths, whether it be intentionally or through negligence... we are at a similar crossroad as our founders once were.

What we need, is organization, patience and the fortitude to follow through.  This petty fickleness that has blinded our nation since we have engaged in this Global War on Terror, can not be tolerated.  There is no room for sunshine patriots, who only come when the weather is good and the battle falls in their favor.  We will win some, we will lose some... but we should always remain focused on the restoration of our Republic.

We would only ask that all who love this nation and understand the wrongs being done to it, stand with us.  Allow time to seek justice peacefully, but be prepared to defend those who put their mark to paper, who will be hounded, persecuted and possibly murdered for their attempts.  Stick to fact, for we can ill afford to act like our oppressors and fly off at every claim to conspiracy.  Know the person to your left and right and weed out the infiltrators.  Know your brother... that his word is true and when action is taken, do not hesitate... do not pause... afford no quarter, for none will be given to you.  When they act in outward and obvious manners, and they will, strike hard, strike swift... leave none to quarter and... never let be forgotten, our fallen.

So here we are.  Right in the middle of Sean's observations as a nation.  Thus, OPERATION AMERICAN SPRING.

Thank you Sean for sound encouragement.

Over 3/4 of the government should be tried for treason

I just had to explain to a leftie on a blog that as a Christian I am now subject to arrest for THREE beliefs:

1. for speaking anti-homosexual Scripture in PA as a minister

2. for choosing not to provide my musical services for a same-sex wedding

3. for choosing not to comply with Obamacare and paying for abortions.

Just for existing as a Christian, not taking any action against someone, I'm guilty of three crimes.

This rogue tyrant has done more trampling of rights than some WWII dictators' actions.  Giving Iran free reign to build a bomb, releasing terrorists who go on to orchestrate deadly attacks (Algeria, Yemen, Benghazi, etc.), the stand down in Benghazi, and arming the Muslim Brotherhood/Al Qaeda/Hezbolah are just some of the more egregious and dangerous acts of sedition.  Trampling my rights are secondary.

When is it treason? NOW!
Comment by Mutantone on December 23, 2013 at 10:09am

That it is treason is not the saddest part.

that the treason is on the part of those that should be stepping up to stop it and have not is!
