TED NUGENT MAKES HIS POINT VERY CLEARLY

Rosemary, I know about his history.  On the other hand, is it really necessary for him to have borne arms for this country in order to understand The Constitution?  Could one not argue that he is now fighting for his beliefs?  Why is it necessary for a man to keep the NWO war machine running in order to be called a patriot?  It's a safe bet that nearly all of us did some things when we were younger that we are not particularly proud of, or, looking back, that we would have handled differently.

Through the law of Six Degrees of Separation someone here knows how to get a message to Ted Nugent. Someone needs to send him what a court in Tennessee that I filed a case with. Many of you here are not aware but I am the architect of the strategy to challenge the SOS of each State and the ballot process across the nation. I filed the first cases in December 2011. After I did this I opened up my big mouth and told a lot of people about what I am doing and they went out and filed a case on their own and made out like they were the ones who came up with the idea. It isn't that I am a little kid stomping my feet but credit is deserved where credit is due. Here is what the Tennessee Court said about my case, Originally I filed the case in Tennessee State court but it was moved to federal court. We filed a motion to have the case moved back to the State court but we were denied, However, the rest of what you read is what the court said about my case, My case will be heard in State Court. Below is what was written to me.

Last week one of our Certification Class Action lawsuits was filed in State court in Tennessee, and that case had been “removed” to Federal court by the defendants. The LLF had filed a
motion to remand the case back to the State court. Last Friday the Federal court denied our motion.

While we’re disappointed that the Court denied our motion, there is some good news that came along with the denial. In its 12-page opinion the Court made several very positive statements about our case. Here are some quotes:

“The Court finds that the federal question presented, the meaning of the phrase 'natural born citizen' as a qualification for the Presidency set out in Article II of the Constitution, is important and not trivial.”

“The issue of whether President Obama is constitutionally qualified to run for the Presidency is certainly substantial.”

“It is clear that the stated federal issue of President Obama’s qualifications for the office are ‘actually disputed and substantial.’”

“It is also clear that there will be a legal dispute over the Constitution’s definition of ‘natural born citizen’ and the Supreme Court’s decision in Minor vs Happersett.”

The Court’s statements strongly imply that it has already decided many of the issues that usually lead to procedural dismissals, and that it has decided them in our favor. While it is certainly dangerous to read too much into such an opinion, the statements from this Federal court are encouraging. The Court appears to understand the most critical issues presented by our complaint.

The Tennessee Democratic Party, the Democratic National Committee, and the DNC Chairman Debbie Wasserman Schultz have already filed motions to dismiss our case. LLF will be filing our opposition to these motions within the next two weeks. We will post our filings as soon as they are filed.

I am hoping if someone knows how to get in touch with Ted Nugent he can do a lot to make sure that we finally corner Barrack Obama.

Please be sure to spread this far and wide. Remember if we are successful in one State it will spell an end to the illegal Presidency of Barrack Obama.

John, This post/video is about Ted Nugent and the 2nd amendment. Your comment is a post on something totally different. How about making a post and not going off topic in comment sections on others posts.

Rosemary....Why the negative all the bloomin' time.  Call Ted up, (after you research his contact info.), and ask him about this.  Find out if he had an Epiphany or what?  Remember for we who are Christians only JESUS is Perfect.  We know this when we check the suitcase that ONLY St. Peter can unpack -LCOL ! ! ! Dang TED doesn't Levitate:  But he's chosen to LIFT OUR SPIRITS AND SING THE CONSERVATIVE MANTRA; going out "on point" putting himself on the line at that.  Quit your Grousing and Grumbling and write some elected officials.

He had a student deferment which this lady is calling "cowardice"?  Every guy I went to college had one.  It's not like he ran away to Russia to avoid the draft like Clinton.

Ted is the voice of every freedom loving American citizen that's watching our nation go down the toilet whil the boxes, Feinsteins, and Pelosi socialist elits in office hope goes away.. The liberal media is at the elits beck and call and it must come to an end... Telling it like it is Ted! Rosmary, the link you refer too ---- Clinton went to Russia during the Vietnam War, Ted never did that!  Do you know what his status was with the draft? Not everybody was accepted buy no fault of their own. Even IF what they say is true, we all have done things in our youth that we wouldn't do now. That said -- I have 2 ex-husbands, a brother, a cousin and several friends who served in Nam. I lost a very very dear friend over there, Gary Sublette. His name is on the Wall. I also know two who went to Canada to avoid going over there!! They regretted their choice when they matured! Give me facts, not a you-tube of a couple of idiots, but I want you to give me his status too!!!

I admire Ted for his speaking out in the defense of our Rights and our Constitution!!!
