Capitalism versus Communism;
In a Capitalist system, a free-Market system, people give their money freely and willingly.
Either because you created something that they want or you improved the value of something that people are willing to pay for.
Perhaps you created something that people want and are willing to pay for. Yes, even a new pillow, or fancy bed sheets. Maybe you invented some new computer, or have written a new digital code to run those computers. If you’re successful then people will be willing to pay you for your time and efforts.
Maybe you’re not that innovative. Maybe you choose to work for someone else who is and they created something that people want. In this case you are selling your time and labor. But someone is willing to pay you for your efforts. Either as labor or as and entrepreneur.
Buy an old house, renovate it, improve it’s value, Add value to it. Something that people are willing to pay for. You have to do something that people are willing to pay you for.
If you’re successful then people will be happy to give you money, large sums of money if you really have something of value.
In a Communist/Socialist system - - they simply take it. They don’t return anything of value for it, they wont pay you for it, there is no system of ‘Just Compensation”. They just simply TAKE what ever they want. And if you don’t like it, then they will probably kill you for it.
You think you can work your way out of it. If you work hard enough maybe someday you can buy your way out.
But they will take and keep what ever you try to earn. There is no system of “Just Compensation” for anything.

Here’s a deal you can’t refuse; Literally, you CAN NOT REFUSE.
Under our Capitalist free-Market system, you purchased a home. When you bought that home you most likely had to put down a sizable deposit, 20% down. Then you spent the next 30 years paying off the mortgage. But now the house is yours, the mortgage is paid off. Now all you have to pay is the property taxes and insurance. That’s about $2,500 - $3,000 per year.
Here’s a deal you can’t refuse; Literally, you CAN NOT REFUSE.
The Communist/Socialists take the home, they give you NOTHING in “Just Compensation” for it. You can forget about that 20% down payment. Forget about all those years you worked so hard to pay off that mortgage. The Communists/Socialists just took it.
Now they are going to pay you $1,000 per month. Sounds like a good deal right? - Until you find out that they are charging you $900 per month to live in that home that you thought you owned.
Now you’re down to $100 per month. That’s to pay all your living expenses, Property taxes and insurance. All of a sudden you’re in the hole for around $2,500 per month.
You can’t pay the taxes and insurance. So guess what. - YOU”RE OUT.
The Government now owns your home, and you owe them money.
They will take that home and turn it into section -8 housing. That’s for all those illegal immigrants they brought in.

The CDC has illegally resurrected the eviction moratorium! So, renters will not be allowed to evict non-paying tenants, ergo, they will not be able to pay the mortage on that property. Who will scoop up all those properties? BlackRock!!!!! Do the research on BlackRock - a who's who of big corporations and the elite!
Actually, thanks to all the laws in place giving power to HHS, and hence, the CDC (a private corporation), during a national health emergency- not illegal per se but certainly beyond un-Constitutional!!!!

Rep. Ilhan Omar of Minnesota at the same time introduced a bill that would strip property rights from Americans; it’s called the Rent and Mortgage Cancellation Act, which is a socialist dream.
The bill would cancel all rent and mortgage payments regardless of income or employment throughout the duration of the pandemic.
A fund would be created “to fully finance the purchase of private rental properties by non-profits, public housing authorities, cooperatives, community land trusts, and states or local governments — in order to increase the availability of affordable housing during this downturn.”
This means private property owners would be undermined and the power of government entities would be greatly increased.
This is just another fine example of the Democrats trying to use the pandemic to pass as many socialist policies as possible.

We already don't own our home or property. We pay for it and lease it from the government. If you buy property, and pay in full, you should not have to continue to pay the government in order to keep it. Property tax in nothing but legalized theft.
