Truly free trade requires only the consent of two parties, the buyer and seller who voluntarily agree to enter into a transaction. Any 3rd party involvement means that the transaction will be under some constraints, and thus not free trade. So when we read that governments are setting up "free trade" organizations to promote, you can be sure of one thing...it will not be free trade.
