  I just received this from one of the people at the head of the Texas Republican party;
  Concerning that notice that the ATF is trying to create a national gun registry;

  Thanks and it’s not only that form.  When you go out of country with your own firearms, you have to have filled out a form 4457 with the serial numbers and description of the both the rifle and the scope, if one is attached.  Once filled out at a US Customs office, the forms were valid indefinitely.  Now they are saying that I have to haul all the rifles and shotguns that I travel with back to 

  their office by DFW and fill out a new form 4457 that will have an expiration date.  On top of that they say I have to fill out a digital form (which strikes me as gun registration) and the joke is no one in US Customs can tell me how to do it because their website is so screwed up.  They are now telling me I have to hire a “broker” to do it.  So they have created a tax and an impediment to

   taking my own firearms out of the County to go hunting.  It’s unreal how these non-elected bureaucrats are making rules/laws without Congressional or Presidential approval.  I’m talking to Donny, Jr. about it this week to tell his Dad to reign in the ATF on this bs.  Donny is well aware of the issue.  

  Also, someone has hired a fake gun rights organization to send out a bs message against Pete Sessions saying he worked with Feinstein on gun control laws. What a joke, he can’t stand her. It’s an absolute fraud and if you trace the web trail it actually goes back to the D controlled Rules Committee site.  Anyway, if any of your 2nd Amendment friends receive this bogus email please let me know.  You don’t get an A+ rating from the 

  NRA for voting for gun control in any shape, manner, or form.  It’s just a hit piece, probably funded by one of the primary candidates to try and counter the NRA endorsement of Pete or by the Pelosi gang (she’s terrified of Pete’s return).  I know Hindman’s endorsements are from groups that tend to take contributions in exchange for their endorsement, which is why they carry little weight.  The NRA endorsement has to be earned.
