MacIver: Military Voters in Wisconsin Told to Submit Ballots a Week After Deadline
The Federal Voting Assistance Program website published an incorrect deadline for the return of returning military ballots in Wisconsin. Had this error not been corrected, thousands of Wisconsin servicemen and women could have been disenfranchised in this key swing state this November.
The FVAB website incorrectly stated ballots must be returned by November 16. The actual deadline is 4 p.m. November 9. Any military ballots received in that intervening week would not have been counted by local and state election officials.
MacIver News Service contacted the Wisconsin Government Accountability Board about the error on Tuesday and requested comment.
"All Wisconsin absentee ballots are due by 4 p.m. the Friday after the election. The FVAP site was incorrect," said Reid Magney, GAB spokesman in an emailed response to the inquiry.
Ballots must be postmarked no later than Election Day, which in 2012 is Tuesday, November 6th.
According to their website, The FVAP provides U.S. citizens worldwide a broad range of non-partisan information and assistance to facilitate their participation in the democratic process - regardless of where they work or live. The FVAP also administers the Federal responsibilities of the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA), which designates armed forces recruiting offices nationwide as voter registration agencies allowing eligible U.S. citizens to apply for voter registration, or apply to change voter registration data.

I believe that Obama hates the U. S. Military! I believe that he feels threatened by them because they have each individually sworn an oath to defend and uphold the constitution of the U. S. I totally agree on all you have said, how do we recruit Generals to help without them knowing until too late?
How do we plea for help from them? I think we do need to flood Congress with written and emailed letters,
and I also think every single one of us needs to have and know how to shoot. I agree also that he will not go
without a fight, meaning a REAL fight. And yes, he has made possible Shariah for all of us through his open borders and Fast and Furious. He is a real SOB and I cannot wait until he rots in hell. But for now, I would rather
a real American with real power step up with some real soldiers and through his ass in a real Gitmo.
First, Jeanine, we need to draft a comprehensive petition and then assign it, by state, and/or region for a group of inspired workers to get signatures! Will you draft a petition? I would be happy to help!
Jeanine, this is a copy of one that was delivered to the Secret Service by someone previously! Maybe it could be tweaked and made either more in depth or more concise but we could come up with something powerful and start organizing people on the internet to accumulate signatures in their states and go from there.... Just thinking! We have to do something before it is too late!

1. U.S. Army troops were deployed in Samson, Alabama on March 10, 2009. In response to a Freedom of Information request by the Dothan Eagle (see Lance Griffin), the Department of Army Inspector General found that the armed troops deployed to Samson, Alabama violated the Posse Comitatus Act, which restrains the use of the military for civilian law enforcement purposes.
2. BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA violated Article 1, Section 9, Clause 8 of the United States Constitution by becoming the first United States President to chair the United Nations Security Council. To Wit:
No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, or Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.

Two digits were wrong; this cannot be a "typo"! Since the evidence indicates that the wrong date was input intentionally, the next step should be to find the culprit and, after having extracted a confession, find out the names of all of those involved and have a public execution -- after a fair trial, of course. The classic "building the gallows during the trial" sort of scenario.
There is 'WAY too much of this nonsense going on, mostly because there have not been negative consequences. These things have been treated like schoolboy pranks instead of the potentially-world-history-altering events that they are...and are intended to be.

They pulled a similar thing last election in 2010, States were told to get the necessary paperwork to the troops in plenty of time, yet they got it out late and troops didn't get to vote. They have been talking about this for months and some troops still will end up not being able to vote. I think that the whole election should be negated if the Military can't vote.
