As I have been studying the Holy Scriptures for many years now, several items keep coming up. I bought a Hebrew-Greek Bible at one time because, believe it or not, I was going to a Seminary in Tennessee and I was taking the Greek and Hebrew classes for many semesters because it truly excited me.
Ever since then, quite a bit of time passes because when I read the English, I always go back to the Greek and the Hebrew. At times, I have read the term “violence” or reasonable facsimiles but I never looked them up until recently, like within the last 5 or 6 years or so. Why? Because that still small voice kept telling me about the term, HAMAS. What does that mean? I found out.
HAMAS is the English derivative of the Hebrew word “chamac”. (I don’t have the correct pronunciation actually because I don’t have the ability on this computer to spell it right.) In the dictionary, the pronunciation is “khaw-mawce”.
In an on line dictionary ” חמס ” = HMS = HAMAS = chamac = khaw-mawce. The term is for VIOLENCE, or as follows; wrong, unjust gain, cruel, cruelty, damage, injustice, oppressor, unrighteous, to be violent, maltreat, make bare, shake off, violate, do violence, take away, violently, imagine wrongfully.
In the Scriptures, there are, in the Old Testament, 49 references how some in that time performed HAMAS against Israel. In my studies, some of the HAMAS against Israel were from the Nephilim but that is for another time. And that is just the Hebrew version of violence. In the Greek areas, that are many more of the HAMAS usage (11) against the Jews and the Gentiles when “people didn’t like what they (you) were saying”. Sound familiar?
So, when you hear in the news media that Israel “attacked” (because they were attacked with rockets) HAMAS or when it is reported that HAMAS launched rockets into Israel, what you are hearing is that a group that has named themselves “VIOLENCE” are the ones that attack anyone they hate.
How can anyone ever support a group that has called themselves VIOLENCE in the public eye? That’s because no one in the media or our government has ever looked the word up. They figure it must be an Arab thing because they hate the Jews.
In essence, Obama and his unconstitutional cronies are in fact committing VIOLENCE against Israel on a daily basis because they are arming HAMAS and many other anti-Israel groups and taking weapons away from our military.
And what does God say about such “violence” against Israel?
Genesis 12:1-3
Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee:
2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:
3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

God has both protected His people from massive harm and punished them for their failing to follow simple commands. I feel we are about to witness one of those events in our time, maybe a combination of the events.

When a treasonous administration is in office it is "We the People" that must demand that they be tried for their acts against the Republic. I am still dumbfounded that our Military and congress have not followed their oaths to protect the Constitution, as I recall my Oath of duty when I enlisted was all "enemies, foreign and domestic"

for the Elected Officials:
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.
