LICENSED AMATEUR RADIO OPERATORS ARE INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE UNITED STATES CIVIL DEFENSE ASSOCIATION’S EMERGENCY NATIONWIDE COMMUNICATION NETWORK The United States Civil Defense Association is in the process of constructing an emergency, nationwide, communication network. The purpose of the nationwide emergency network is to provide assistance to those in need of emergency assistance in a timely and effective manner. A second important role of the emergency communication network is to provide reliable communication between and among USCDA members, both during emergency and non-emergency situations. OH BOY - This is great !!!!!!,,,,, NOT !!!!!
This is really a very simple and neet way to get the information about who and how many people around the country own and have amateur radios. All you have to do is sign up, tell them you have an amateur licence, and that you have a radio. Once any tests actually begin all that is needed is for you to key the microphone on that radio and they instantly know who you are and where you are. The chances are about 98% that if you own a small mobile HAM or dual frequency radio you also own some type of weapons and guns.(You're a prepper) You can kiss your radio, your guns, and your ass good-bye.
