RICHMOND, Va. – On Wednesday, the Virginia legislature overwhelmingly passed a law that forbids state agencies from cooperating with any federal attempt to exercise the indefinite detention without due process provisions written into sections 1021 and 1022 of the National Defense Authorization Act.HB1160 “Prevents any agency, political subdivision, employee, or member of the military of Virginia from assisting an agency of the armed forces of the United States in the conduct of the investigation, prosecution, or detention of a United States citizen in violation of the United States Constitution, Constitution of Virginia, or any Virginia law or regulation.”Credit for finding this important event and article goes to Norma Viergutz with full article and references through this link :http://connect.freedomworks.org/node/79901/discussions/722737/replies/nojs/0#comment-722737

It is about time the states start looking at the unconstitutional laws being passed either by executive fiat or by a congress that will NOT do what they  are hired to do for WE THE PEOPLE...

State by state this should go. VA conservatives must be better organized than most states and they have a good conservative legislator bill sponsor. Calls and emails and faxes to all of the state politicians seem to have gotten the job done.

Hurayyyyy for VA, Now we need to get Texas Governor and Legislature to pass the Nullification of all United Nations actions.
Perhaps I should ammend these documents to include the NDAA like VA has.
