2. PFA Patriots please send their thoughts on the Lakin prosecution to defense attorney Major Martthew Kemkes [e-mail], 703-696-6700 as well as Major General Karl Horst [e-mail] General Horst is the convening authority who can alter, deny, or approve the court martial decision.

We  should be respectful but not weak-kneed......need to be aggressive in a positive manner.....One key issue should be addressed in every letter...the fact that Lakin was denied discovery, denied the opportunity to call witnesses or present evidence.

Did he get a chance to call witnesses no he was denied almost all of his rights. He was not even allowed to defend himself which does go against the UCMJ.  He was questioning obamas right to be in the office that he now holds. Was obama born in the US no he was born in Kenya. has has obama ever declared his citizenship not on record. Does he have a ligit birth certificate not on record. these are things  that LTC. TERRY LAKIN  was questioning at the time. So was he allowed a reasonable defense NO HE WAS NOT he was railroaded. and made an example of. Because he questioned the obama administration.
