Please distribute everywhere.Just got off the phone with Orly Taitz, the attorney in Keyes v. Obama.At the hearing today at the Federal Court building in Santa Ana, Judge Carter said the following:1. There will be a trial.2. It will be heard on the merits.3. Nothing will be dismissed on proceedural issues.4. The trial will be expeditious, and the judge pledged to give case priority.5. Being a former Marine he realizes the importance of having a Constitutionally qualified POTUS/CINC.6. Judge stated that if Obama isn't Constitutionally qualifed he needs to leave the White House.The DOJ will be involved with the case also.... I wasn't clear if they would be trying to get to the truth or they would just be blindly representing Obama.Orly will be adding members of the military from California as plaintiffs also.This is from what my interpretation of our conversation.Orly, asked me to disseminate this information out for her, she will be doing a posting later after she gets some sleep.Please say a prayer of protection for Orly, her family, and Judge Carter. Please also pray that the truth will come to light regarding Obama and justice will be done.

I hesitate to believe it until I see it on one of these pages. There are many childish Obots out there with too much time on their hands - and this - like so many other "news flashes" sounds too good to be true.
Here is Judge Carters dockets for the month of July. I did not see anything but was told may not be up yet. I am not holding my breath on this. Was also told it would be heard within 60 days with no extensions to either party. Again, I can't confirm any of this so everyone just keep an eye out.
Ok guys, I just heard Orly on the radio, she did confirm what I posted was true. She is on her way to Ga right now for another case. This Judge is an ex Marine and he is not granting an extension to Obama according to what Orly said. The case has been assigned a number but I failed to get it because she talks to fast. 60 days is what I am hearing, also the LA Times have already requested an interview with Orly about the case. Thats all I know and again don't shoot me if this doesn't happen but that's coming directly from her mouth.
Thanks for the great work Kenny..........if Orly says it, it happened......what the results will be is a wait and see......I think she's off to Georgia to attend to the Major Cook Federal Court issue over Cook's orders to the desert.......Cook filed an injunction action to hold off his deployment until Obama is certified as CIC....and the GA court action is scheduled for tomorrow (Tuesday 0830).....I posted the Cook issue on a PFA blog...
