Senators Orrin Hatch (R), and Robert Bennett (R)

This comment is strictly political from a Utahn who is a Republican and a veteran. Both Senators from Utah, Bennett and Hatch are moderates. Do we hear anything from Bennett? No, only that he is running for office again. We do know he has opted to field some ideas about a Republican health care bill, which in reality is ridiculous, because neither side, ether the liberals or the moderates have an answer to the conservative mantra - do nothing to change the system, because any change the liberals and moderates want to impose upon the American public will in the end suffer a grievous blow to American rights.Hatch is up for re election three years after Bennett's attempt at retaining his seat, which in all reality he might lose to Shurtleff. Hatch has never asserted himself to this degree, because he knows his battle in the state of Utah is going to be harder, because like Bennett, who is an elitist Republican, and lives just barely out of Salt Lake City, has done little to step up and take a leadership position other than right a cute little song about Hanukkah.Times for change are now! Americans, Conservatives, like my brothers and sisters who either have served in the military or are serving in the military need to step up and lead. Now is the time!If we do nothing we fail! If we acquiesce to the left, we fail. I took an oath to this countries Constitution, not to Obama. Civil war is at our doorstep, all of you here at this site know this fact as it lurks in the shadows of our lives as we try to ignore what is going on around us.Leadership means taking an active roll in your lives people. These two politicians, like their counterparts throughout the United States are either doing their jobs for themselves or for a cause that is not ours. Hatch is doing so just to preserve his already excessively lengthy time in office. - What has he done that is so great?If nothing comes to mind, then you know like I do these types of politicians do not serve us. You want change, you have to make it, you have to serve your brothers and sisters.If you are like myself, and I am not a Christian, nor am I not afraid to admit it, but I will cling to what I believe religiously and my guns so I can preserve my family's right to exist in this country. If you live in this country and are active politically, it is time to get the ball rolling to remove those who do not have your interests at heart.The revolution this country is going to experience will come from "We the people," us, the Americans who are the majority will inflict a major right to this nation. Fear is normal, but as Glenn Beck quotes Martin Luther King "Speak without fear."Now is the time, we must unite, we must serve our needs first, we need to get the people who are not serving us out of government. No more bureaucracy, no more unknown Czars calling the shots on how we are going to live or what we are going to believe. No more union jeering, no more outside influence from the left or those socialists that want us to behave like they want us to believe.Such unity strikes directly at the heart of the left, they want to divide us, so their elitist / intellectual "greatness" can control us.Well brothers and sisters, that is not for me, so like many others I will put myself in the forefront and lead from the front like my military brothers and sisters do every day either here or over seas. I plan on keeping the constitution intact. Even if the cost is my life. I pray to my Gods for strength.
