Here are some basic simple questions for Mr. Michael Bloomberg and the Democrat candidates currently seeking election as President of the United States, And also for all other Democrats:

1) What is the Constitution of the United States of America?

2) What does it mean if something is declared unlawful and illegal?

3) Are laws and legislation which are in direct violation of the Constitution considered valid?, or are they considered invalid, null and void?

4) What is meant by the First Amendment to the Constitution?
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of Religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances”??
What does that mean?

5) Does simply passing a law through Congress override the Constitution? It’s not a Constitutional Amendment, never ratified by the States as an Amendment, only a new law from Congress.
Does that override the Constitution?

6) Does the president have the authority to cancel the Constitution? Under what authority or circumstances can the President declare the Constitution suspended or canceled?

7) If President Donald Trump passed a law or executive order stating that the freedom of speech and the freedom of the press is hereby suspended and will no longer be allowed, would that be an impeachable offense? Would that type of executive order be valid and lawful?

8) Do the States have the right to pass laws which are in direct opposition and contradiction to the Constitution? Or do the States have to follow and obey the Constitution?

9) Do laws passed by the States over rule and supersede any laws written in the Constitution?

10) Can the Governors or State Legislature of any States declare that their state will no longer follow or obey the Constitution?

According to the US Census Bureau the population of the United States is 329,306,751 as of February 2020.

The Constitution of the United States of America are the fundamental set of laws that govern the United States. It does not govern the people but rather governs and limits the Government of the United States.

The Constitution of the United States of America was ratified in 1788 and the first ten amendments were fully ratified in 1791.

In 1845 The Republic of Texas became the 28th State to join the Union.

If the Legislature of the State of Texas wants to do something to protect the citizen’s rights to keep and bear arms, then they should do precisely that.
Legislation should be passed that declares that the State of Texas will uphold, Obey, and defend the Second Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America, and that the right of the people to keep and bear Arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED in any way, shape, or manor. This legislation is intended to include ALL Ammunition, parts, peripherals, or modifications of any types of weapons or components thereof.

  • Why not all all Republicans?  Seems to me these questions would be good for all parties to answer?  Why Democrats only?
