Ted Cruz is NOT a Legal U.S. Citizen at all

The debate over whether or not Senator Ted Cruz is eligible for the U.S. Presidency is about to end. It has now been confirmed that Senator Ted Cruz is neither a “U.S. natural born Citizen” or a “legal U.S. citizen.”
According to all relative legal citizenship documentation available at present, Senator Ted Cruz was born Rafael Edward Cruz, a legal citizen of Canada on December 22, 1970 and maintained his legal Canadian citizenship from birth until May 14, 2014, 43 years later.
The Cruz Campaign for the U.S. Presidency has claimed that Senator Ted Cruz was a “citizen at birth” via his U.S. mother and a “dual citizen” of both Canada and the United States in 1970 and that by renouncing his Canadian citizenship in 2014, he would become eligible for the Oval Office.
There are several problems with this claim… which make the claim false
Senator Cruz was born in Canada, subject to the jurisdiction of Canada. Further, any U.S. citizen by virtue of the 14th Amendment only, is a “citizen” and not a “natural born Citizen,” as you will see below. (Source is Cornell Law on the 14th)
From May 22, 1868 until December 31, 1946, all residents of Canada were British subjects. There was no such thing as a Canadian citizen or Canadian citizenship until January 1, 1947.
From January 1, 1947 until February 15, 1977, Canadian law prohibited “dual citizenship.” Foreign parents giving birth to a child in Canada in 1970 were forced to choose between Canadian citizenship only, or citizenship in another country, and to declare that with Canadian officials at the time of birth. The parents of Ted Cruz chose and declared “Canadian citizenship” for Rafael Edward Cruz.
a) NATURAL BORN CITIZEN – “As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights. The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent.” (The Natural Law as understood by the Founders in Article II of the US Constitution)
b) NATIVE BORN CITIZEN - All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. (The 14th Amendment definition for “citizen”)
c) NATURALIZED CITIZEN - the legal act or process by which a non-citizen in a country may acquire citizenship or nationality of that country. It may be done by a statute, without any effort on the part of the individual (aka anchor baby), or it may involve an application and approval by legal authorities, (such as a Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) form filed with the US State Department at the time of birth). As the stated purpose of the Article II “natural born Citizen” requirement for the Oval Office is to prevent anyone with foreign allegiance at birth from ever occupying the Oval Office, and all “dual citizens” at birth are born with “dual national allegiance” at birth. The mere condition of “dual citizen at birth” would be a direct violation of the known purpose and intent of the natural born Citizen requirement in Article II. Now, Senator Ted Cruz has repeatedly stated that he has never “naturalized” to the United States, which eliminated the possibility that Ted Cruz is a “naturalized” U.S. Citizen.
Senator Ted Cruz has also documented the fact that he was not a “native born citizen” of the United States, but rather a “native born citizen” of Canada on December 22, 1970, who maintained his legal Canadian citizenship until May 14, 2014.
The Harvard opinion letter written by two of Senator Cruz’s Harvard friends, Neal Katyal & Paul Clement, a mere “commentary” on the subject, relies upon the 14th Amendment naturalized citizen at birth concept, despite the fact that Ted Cruz was not “born in or under the jurisdiction of the United States,” was never “naturalized” to the United States, and completely ignoring the fact that Canada prohibited “dual citizenship” in 1970, as well as the fact that “dual citizenship” alone would prevent him from “natural born U.S.” status.
All of this explains why Senator Ted Cruz has no legal U.S. citizenship documentation of any kind. He is not a “natural born” – “native born” or “naturalized” citizen of the United States. Because someone must be one of the three in order to be a legal citizen of the United States, Senator Ted Cruz cannot possibly be a “legal U.S. citizen” of any form.

As the young man explained, this is not an eligibility question, but a credibility question… which Senator Cruz refused to answer, preferring instead to regurgitate the talking points carefully crafted by his Harvard friends and eventually, shouting the young man down, after a Cruz fan in the audience shouted “better a Canadian than a Kenyan!” (VIDEO) Meanwhile, a growing number of Constitutional Law Professors agree, “Cruz is NOT eligible.”
Of course, Senator Marco Rubio is also “ineligible,” as a “native born citizen at birth” by virtue of 14th Amendment “anchor baby” policies only.
In the end, the only possible way to consider Senator Ted Cruz eligible for the Oval Office is if every “undocumented resident alien” is eligible for the Oval Office, which I personally believe is the real agenda of both political parties, as they work to meld the USA into the global commune where there is no legal difference between “natural born Americans” and “undocumented aliens.”
The fact that so many Americans do not know or care to know the truth about the Constitutional “natural born Citizen” requirement for the Oval Office, demonstrates just how far down the road of “hope and change” for the destruction of the Constitutional Republic, the enemy within has already achieved.
Soon, “natural born Americans” will be in the American minority… and they will be ruled by foreigners who have no legal U.S. citizenship at all.
Ever heard of the Constitution and the founders intent on who should be eligible to serve as President?
Answer: The offspring of two American citizen parents (plural, father and mother), born in the USA or territory thereof. There is a law and procedure in place for the parents to gain that child's citizenship if the child was born elsewhere.

Judith, thank you for posting the follow-up article. There's so much wrong with the entire scenario. Why on Earth would Justice Scalia go anywhere without his security team? Like, you , Michael, I'm starting to question everything about this. Something just isn't right, here. I'm also trying to figure out why the family would say no to an autopsy. Seems to me, unless they knew he was terminal, they would want to know. As for his jammies being unwrinkled I heard that, too, in the same report I mentioned earlier. That's a head-scratcher. I toss and turn, a lot, and my jammies NEVER wrinkle. Does anyone wear material that wrinkles these days? Calling that one a complete RED HERRING.
This is twice, recently, that major stuff has gone on, and the scene of the crime, has been opened up to 'reporters' et al, almost immediately. :O The other case in point would be the living quarters and garage of the San Bernardino, CA shooters.

From what I have seen the past 15 years a full scale revolt is where we now stand to save our Republic. Tyrants don't deal nice with peaceful protesters. They deal by force and only direct force in opposition works to stop tyrants.

Michael, I hate to admit this, but I'm simply pitiful when it comes to chess. I would love to be able to blithely quote Mister Spock of Star Trek fame, and simply say, "I've been dead before", and go forth boldly, but truth be told I didn't die. I got close, being given a mere 10% chance of survival, but here I am, and with nary an outward scar to show for what I've been through. Not so sure I'm willing to go through anything close to THAT again. Five weeks being laid up, not so fun. You could call me the $250,000 dollar woman, but sans the cool bionics. Just a nice shiny new Titanium clip in my head.
I wish I had a real strategy to share, but, alas, there isn't one in my quiver. (And it's been so very long since I shot an arrow.) I do pray when this 'Pawn" is sacrificed, I will not cave and betray my Lord. But my ears and mind are wide open.
Michael and April, My heart bleeds for you both, April, what you have endured, and survived, and Michael with a very difficult situation with your wife. I too dealt with near death, dealing with mantel cell lymphoma, and many surgeries for removal of organs, and partial removals, plus Chemo. My wife was told three times, that I probably would not make it through the next day. So I could feel the pain she too was feeling, and the heartbreak of not knowing. I know what pain feels like from myself, and I saw so much of it on my wife's face, as she goes through it with me, so I have experienced both sides of the fence, so to speak. Anytime I hear of the plights of some people, I want to cry, because I know their pain. I also know some go through more than even I can comprehend, as there is always someone worse off than I.
Let me say, I am a born again Christian, as is my wife. We have put it in God's hands now, as I refuse to have anything more done to me, April, if you are not born again, seek out God, if you are, trust in him, and allow his will to take over in your life. Michael, I am sure you are a born again Christian, and I hope your wife also is. We, as born again Christians do not have to fear death, and God helps us with our pain. We know that beyond this physical and short existence on this piece of rock, we will live forever with Christ in the Kingdom of Heaven. Hold tight to your faith, and do not question God's will. We have his promise of eternity in a Paradise we cannot even begin to imagine, or comprehend. Those who are not saved, have no hope, although they too will live for eternity, but it will not be in the Kingdom of Heaven, but in the pit of hell.
God will take care of us in his own way, and in his own time. Thank him Michael, for the time he has still given you with your wife, although it is difficult, Just be sure that she is ready, when it is time for her to go, and know for yourself, that she will truly be in a better place. My prayers are with you both, and all others who suffer similar situations in their lives. I ask that he give you peace, and provide for you what you need.
freedomfighter --- First let me say, I'm so glad you've survived your ordeal. I do think that sometimes we're put through such things as a way for God to steel us for something else later on. (Perhaps, for these present times?) As for me being 'born again' in my Christianity, all I can say is I never recalled a "come to Jesus moment'. I've always, to the best of my recollection, believed. I credit my parents for that. They laid a firm foundation. I'm no longer a protestant, choosing the Ancient Faith in my young adulthood, being Chrismated (Confirmed in the protestant vernacular) in the Faith the day before my 19th birthday. I am an Orthodox Christian, and the training it gives the Faithful has strengthened me.
While I went through my catastrophic illness (ruptured brain aneurysm) I was never 'alone.' My oldest boy was so grateful when I burst into song at some point, singing Troparions (hymns) to God, telling his older sister over the phone, "Mom's going to be all right — she's singing."
I do rely on God and I'm trying to become the person He wishes me to be.
Michael M. Regan --- Thank you for your encouraging words. I'm so glad your wife (and you) have survived her ordeal. All I can say is God pulled me back from the Brink. I've had two priests, so far, call me a "miracle in progress". Either I'm not quite where I need to be to enter into the Kingdom, and God in His Infinite Mercy, has granted me more time to get it right, or I'm meant to be here for some reason(s) I can't see nor understand, as of yet. Is Mystery. (As is sometimes said in my church.) But, I have learned to trust Him and in Him. I think that's all we can do.
