Notice how the children are confident, and standing firm with their loved ones?
The disturbing significance behind this image is that those children know what's worth standing in defiance for, where as my generation has been blinded by all of the distractions and manipulations that have been rooted into our culture. If you are just now turning eighteen don't lose hope, don't lose yourself in the separation from reality, because coming from one that's just finally took a step forward back to the real world - It's all we can do to stand for our freedoms, so let us hope that people my age push this forward to everyone, so that we may not only lock DC down, but also lock down every United State Capital as a message to the world that the future American generations are wide awake, and ready to defend our way of life. Impossible? Help us do it!
We've been in a Cold War with ourselves since I first drew breath - I pray for that war to end one day, but I pray more for our enemies of the American Dream, for they know not the consequences of what they do.
I turned eighteen the day Obama was re-elected into office - just as I felt like a free, empowered American, the realization that the long standing dream of our country has been morphed into greed and maintaining the prosperity of the few. It's time we show the world the USA won't stand for globalization, fore it impedes on our way of life - our hope of one day bringing equality of life for every human being back to a realistic concept.
God bless.
