It maybe more affective however to ask a "friendly U.S. Attorney, in a friendly district" to seat a investigative Grand Jury. This way investigators can obtain and serve Grand jury subpoenas for both records and witness testimony in secret. If substantial evidence of criminal violations of federal law (Title 18 USC) are found the grand jury then files appropriate charges and arrest warrants are issued.
I say good luck in this because all current U.S. Attorneys and courts are all appointed run by guess who ? Obama and his crew thats right. The rich get justice and the poor get the law.
Obama also should be indicted for crimes against humanity regarding his actions in Kenya in the year 2006; that year he also committed crimes including treason and receiving federal funds under false pretenses (he lied to the Congress, telling members he needed funds for a fact finding mission to Kenya when in fact he went there to assist al-Qaeda bagman Raila Odinga..Obama's alleged relative... in overthrowing the democratically elected government there and in installing an Islamic dictatorship which applies Sharia law and exterminates Christians on a daily basis). We could also very easily press charges against this man for counterfeiting federal documents (in particular his certificate of national selective service which is counterfeited...by him); illegal electioneering, and many of his dealings wiht ACORN that include racketeering and money laundering (which he also reportedly used his campaign website for purposes of).

would some judge do what is right? did they get paid, higher office, these judges could be bought to a court, (i think) for putting our country in harms way.

WITH SO MANY EFFORTS, BY SO MANY TO BRING THIS ISSUE TO LIGHT, BEING TWARTED BY THE JUSTICE
SYSTEM, I FIND IT EXTREMELY HARD TO BE POSITIVE ABOUT ANYTHING THAT IS NOT SETTLED, SET IN CEMENT.
IT SEEMS THAT WE MUST FIGHT THE SAME BATTLE OVER AND OVER AND OVER, LOOSING MORE OFTEN THAN
WINNING WHEN I KNOW THAT JUSTICE IS ON OUR SIDE. BUT JUSTICE DOES NOT WIN. IT IS DENIED, SUBVERTED,
TWISTED, BETRAYED OR DELIBERTLY MISINTURPETED. THE RULE-OF-LAW IN AMERICA HAS BECOME A SHAM !
SOMEHOW, THE JUSTICE SYSTEM MUST BE REMOVED FROM POLITICS. POLITICS WILL ALWAYS CORRUPT !
