Note there is also re-education camps for our troops and veterans too. Folks.....this is it!

I do not want to hear our military is bad, not from patriots! We know our top Flag officers are politicians and obviously helped write/develop this. But that in no way means our military as a whole will do this. Most of our military will not. Remember they are our sons and daughters, brothers and sisters, moms and dads, aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, neighbors and friends. I said all that for you to wrap your head around the fact that there will be a force but what force....not our military but the new civilian force.

Also note, this is just an outline. There is much more out there so............if you find it, please let us know so we can get it posted and alert all patriots.

The good news is....this gives us part of the enemies plan. Sun Tzu - Art of War = know your enemy!

Very important for everyone to stay on topic on this. It can spiral out of control in Hussein Obama admin. fashion. Going into Chaos will be the downfall if we allow ourselves to do it. Stay focused and don't let infiltrators and distractors, lead you like sheep, off topic and into chaos. Recognize them for what they are!

Look at the comment above you. Here is a list of all states.'

FEMA CONCENTRATION CAMPS: Locations and Executive Orders

There over 800 prison camps in the United States, all fully operational and
ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and even surrounded by
full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to be operated by
FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law need to be
implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential
signature on a proclamation and the attorney general's signature on a
warrant to which a list of names is attached. Ask yourself if you really
want to be on Ashcroft's list.

The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a "mass
exodus" of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be
quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84
allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into

Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will
be implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose.
Garden Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the
program for an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the
federal government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state
and thus will head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders
already listed on the Federal Register also are part of the legal framework
for this operation.

The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from
the detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of
the camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the
largest of these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The
Alaskan facility is a massive mental health facility and can hold
approximately 2 million people.

Now let's review the justification for any actions taken...

Executive Orders associated with FEMA that would suspend the Constitution
and the Bill of Rights. These Executive Orders have been on record for
nearly 30 years and could be enacted by the stroke of a Presidential

pads, railheads for prisoners, Red/Blue/Green zones for
classifying/processing incoming personnel, one-way turnstiles, barracks,

police officer who was hunting and camping close to the base in the game

consideration as a possible detention camp site, but due to space
limitations and the time needed to verify, could not be included here.
Virtually all military reservations, posts, bases, stations, & depots can
be considered highly suspect (because it is "federal" land). Also fitting
this category are "Regional Airports" and "International Airports" which
also fall under federal jurisdiction and have limited-access areas. Mental
hospitals, closed hospitals & nursing homes, closed military bases,
wildlife refuges, state prisons, toxic waste dumps, hotels and other areas
all have varying degrees of potential for being a detention camp area. The
likelihood of a site being suspect increases with transportation access to
the site, including airports/airstrips, railheads, navigable waterways &
ports, interstate and US highways. Some facilities are "disguised" as
industrial or commercial properties, camouflaged or even wholly contained
inside large buildings (Indianapolis) or factories. Many inner-city
buildings left vacant during the de-industrialization of America have been
quietly acquired and held, sometimes retrofitted for their new uses.

Our Canadian friends tell us that virtually all Canadian military bases,
especially those north of the 50th Parallel, are all set up with
concentration camps. Not even half of these can be listed, but here are a
few sites with the massive land space to handle any population:
Suffield CFB - just north of Medicine Hat, less than 60 miles from the USA.
Primrose Lake Air Range - 70 miles northeast of Edmonton.
Wainwright CFB - halfway between Medicine Hat and Primrose Lake.
Ft. Nelson - Northernmost point on the BC Railway line.

Here's an interesting report clearly written by someone of great intellectual abilities.  ;)

Ty for the URLs.
I won't go to a camp when called by executive order/declaration. The scenario and how to resist that is tough. It is so outside of my life experience. The USA has never been invaded. We don't have bombs going off daily in our hood. A base comfort level is maintained with food stamps and other public assistance to the populace.
What if that is all cut off in an emergency? The sheeple will be told to go here and there and be taken care of. I wonder what will happen to those of us who choose not to....
The breakdown of civilized society is nightmarish. I need to conquer that nightmare and take action to prepare.... It is all about personal responsibility.

Everyone has seen the video of Beech Grove Amtrak facility in Indiana.
Another site listed, though, is Camp Atterbury near Columbus.  If you put "camp atterbury" into google maps then go to the far North end of the Camp you will see a county road running north/south called 325 E.  If you follow it south past burnside street and switch to satellite view, you will see where train tracks start.  The tracks are not seen on the "map" setting.  On older maps you can see that the tracks were once part of a larger camp system.  The rest is gone though and this portion is very well maintained.  The railhead is actually a sloped platform that is pointless for loading anything other than cattle/horses/humans.  The tracks connect to the main line that passes through Edinburgh and goes to Indy(where Beech Grove is located).  The prison at Atterbury is a short bus ride from this railhead.  There is also an unmarked airstrip beside the prison. (just add "prison" to "camp atterbury" in the search to see the complex).

You could be put on a train in atterbury and end up at beech grove.  Just a point of interest.

Can you provide more information as to where the picture was taken and when etc.?

The truck is a Navistar 7000 built by Navistar Defense supposedly only used by Afghanistan, Bulgaria, Canada, and Iraq.  If you look closely at this picture you can see the outline of the cage under the canvas.

Obviously you haven't looked at the photo of the truck without canvas.  Just exactly what does your DA mean?  You've been posting a lot of negative comments on this thread.

Agreed. Does Jager have a position aside from scoffing?

He has been warned.

7-2. Military police plan U.S. military prisoner operations to meet the needs of the combatant
commander. The commander may decide to establish U.S. military prisoner facilities within the theater if
* Projected or actual number of U.S. military prisoners exceeds the unit handling capability and
has the potential of interfering with the pace of military operations.
* Distance from the theater to confinement facilities outside the continental United States
(OCONUS)/CONUS is too great, making the evacuation of prisoners impractical.

In summation, the "theater" is America, and foreign encampments will be "too far" and the necessary means to transport "is insufficient".  THIS MEANS AMERICA FOLKS!

If you read un "Civil Affairs"   you get further insight into the fact that this is going to be martial law on U.S. soil without question.   The Civil Affairs unit was originally intended for use within the U.S.  I was forwared a "Civil Affairs"  field manual by a friend (it was classified)   and it clearly was for use inside the U.S.

Excerpt  from the current manual being discussed:

10-17. Under the umbrella of civil-military operations, CA forces perform the following activities:
                Foreign nation support.
                Civil-military actions.
                Support to civil administrations.
                Population and resource control.
                Humanitarian assistance.
                Emergency services.
10-18. Military police units may be deployed and employed in support of civil-military operations
anywhere in the world. Military police who are supporting civil-military operations must be briefed and
understand the intent of these operations. Police intelligence operations are significant enablers during
civil-military operations as is the proper treatment of all categories of detainees and DCs. Having a proper
mind set and good situational awareness is critical. U.S. armed forces may be called upon to relieve human
suffering (such as that encountered after a natural disaster), and appropriate discipline measures and
controls are enacted to meet each situation.
10-19. MI units obtain CA-relevant information gathered in interrogations, and they provide information
of intelligence value that is gained from passive collection by CA personnel. Police information and
    intelligence are also integrated.
10-20. The expertise of CA forces in working crisis situations (conduct of assessments, transition
planning, and skills in functions that are normally civil in nature) and their ability to operate with civilian
organizations may make them ideal for civil support operations. CA forces should never be considered as a
substitute for other U.S. armed forces.
10-21. The information that friendly, adversary, and neutral parties provide has a significant effect on the
    ability of civil-military operations planners’ ability to establish and maintain relations between joint forces;
civil authorities; and the general population, resources, and institutions in friendly, neutral, or hostile areas.
10-22. CA forces have the inherent responsibility of population and resource control due to the impact on
the civilian population and movement of HN assets and personnel. Population and resource control is
conducted through the coordination and synchronization of the activities of multiple civilian agencies and
military organizations, to include extensive military police operations. Successfully coordinated and
executed population and resource control operations—
                Provide security for the population.
Deny personnel and material to the enemy.
                Mobilize population and material resources.
Detect and reduce the effectiveness of enemy agents.

  >>>>>>>  10-23. Population control measures include curfews, movement restrictions, travel permits, registration
cards, and resettlement operations. Resource control measures include licensing, regulations or guidelines,

checkpoints, ration controls, amnesty programs, and facility inspections. Most military operations employ
some type of population and resource control measures. Resettlement operations are often conducted under
the auspices of population and resource control.'

10-27. Resettlement operations may require large groups of civilians to be quartered temporarily (less
than 6 months) or semipermanently (more than 6 months). Military police may be tasked to set up,
administer, and operate facilities in close coordination with CA forces, HN or U.S. governmental agencies,
PSYOP units, NGOs, international humanitarian organizations, international organizations, and other
interested organizations. A military police unit commander typically becomes the facility commander
(although there may be exceptions to this in the case of resettlement operations conducted as part of civil
Comment:   Note 'popultion control measures'.  "Your papers,  your travel permit, please!"  This is martial law.

Also notice the Civil Affairs units and PSYOPs are working together.   Talk about being blatant.  Of course, they can be this blatant since most Americans are in denial that their government would ever do anything like this, really.

Please remember the continuous reports about all the underwear bombers, etc and other  "domestic terrorists"  being foiled.   Also remember that in every instance there is an FBI "informant" if not an active agent in the middle of all these plans and plots, assisting them with bomb making materials (that don't function).   They are trying to justify and terrify the public into thinking we are under constant threat so we need to give up all our freedoms for the safety of martial law!    They are getting ready to pull the trigger on us.   Get ready.

You can stay as political as you want but what it comes down to, is this has been a war of words so for. But what its coming to is us against the government. Our own government has become a police state run by bunch 1960's socialist and communist with a dictator in the lead. They want to destroy this country from within and right now they're doing it without any resistance. This is how you'll be controlled if you don't go along with their programs. This is the program Hitler used to control the Jews. So read this while its still on the internet because it want last long.

I would strongly recommend that people download this and save it to their computer before it disappears.  My personal intention is to write to my elected representatives and ask them how or why the Department of Homeland Security and US Immigration and Customs Enforcement would be noted in this publication if this is not designed to be implemented on US soil.

You may not know this, but... FEMA has ordered 420 million survival meals.

Why would they need a 7000% increase of survival meals?

There are supposedly FEMA camps all over the US !

Active and Reserve troops and local police should be informed that it is unconstitutional to detain US Citizens without just cause.
