  The real issues behind these Bundy and Hammond cases is not about the Bundy or Hammonds themselves, but about the fundamental questions of land ownership in America and about the American people's rights to stand up against a rouge government agency gone tyrannical and out of control. The actions of the agents of Bureau of Land Management and all actions of these federal prosecutors and judges is all aimed at “teaching” the people a lesson, a lesson in obedience to the State. Including the state and local governments such as the Oregon State Police and the agents of the FBI. The message is loud and clear, The Government will take what they want, when ever they want too, and anyone who stands in their way will either be killed or will spend the rest of their lives in Federal prison. Our Constitutional rights no longer protect the people nor is any government agency or bureaucracy limited or restrained by any such Constitution.
  The over riding question in both of these cases (and also including several others) is the Constitution; Whether the Federal Government, various agencies of that Government, any State or local Government officials, or any Law enforcement or court officials are bound under the restraints and limitations of the US Constitution. Many federal and state law enforcement, as well as federal judicial system officials appear now to believe there is no Constitution and that they no longer have any such restraints or limitations. They apparently believe there is no reason for any defendants to be granted any such thing as Constitutional rights.
  The Oregon State Police, acting under the orders of Oregon Governor Kate Brown, shot and murdered Lavoy Finnicum. Governor Brown's orders were for them to end the Oregon stand off by what ever means necessary. Finnicum was killed after the stand off had effectively ended and all occupiers were leaving the Wild Life refuge. The message sent loud and clear to make sure no one every does that again.

  The message in the Bundy cases is the same, do NOT attempt to stand up against or resist the Federal Government or you will be shot and killed, at the very least you will spend the rest of your lives in Federal prison. Judge Gloria Navarro has made it abundantly clear that anyone appearing in her court room does NOT have any constitutional rights. And that she nor any of her court or prison officials have any obligation to adhere to any old Constitution. The Constitution be damned, it does NOT exist in her Nevada Court room.

  The Declaration of Independence:

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”--

  One other thing and I'll shut up. Most people don't appreciate what they have until they loose it. Our health is just one example. The problem is once you lose something it's harder to get it back because something else's has come and taken its place! Nuff Said

  Judge Navarro's fake compassion of taking 5 years off Burlesons sentence is the height of Hypocrisy. She knows full well she just handed him a death sentence. And if these police officers are "so traumatized" why have none taken a medical retirement citing severe PTSD!?? First of all "anytime" you point a gun at a law enforcement officer they will respond with deadly force, they did not so I seriously doubt that even happened. According to her you cannot be your brothers keeper especially when he or his family or property is in danger. She would have us be Cain instead of Abel. The message is clear as Rooster said. They have all the power and control and excessive force and excessive punishment is used to remind us they are the King and Queen and we are the subjects. I can accept the law when it is administered fairly, I can except my punishment when it is administered fairly. But when it is Biased, contrived through lies and deception, when they no longer serve but dictate, when they removed the boundaries of both law and Justice, this calls for" civil "disobedience against everything that is "uncivil". From what I read it is our "responsibility" to throw off courts, laws and governments that become tyrants. Only thing left is to say enough is enough but it's going to take more than talk. If the black's can organize a million man march on D.C. How is it that those who are watching our freedoms erode and are being falsely imprisioned and sentenced can't take the the streets and say enough is enough?!! My only conclusion is we don't want it bad enough. We can't see what hurts one hurts all. We are not just individuals we are also a community. But we have lost our sense of community, everyone is doing what's right in their own eyes and if it doesn't immediately effect them they turn the other way. This attitude is more dangerous than what their doing to us because as long as there is no opposition they will continue and mark my words : It's going to get worse!!
  You give a person an inch and human nature being what it is will take a mile. If our leaders really represented us, if they truly loved us and had our best interest at heart they would lead the people in rebellion against the unjust just as our founding documents state. As long as we're divided and lack unity we are powerless. If not now, when? We're throwing it all away... giving it away.... there is no love of country or each other. Only a handful still hope and believe. The majority have not only turned their backs on God but on each other and themselves as well....

  Criminalizing self defence and the defence of others.
  Nevada District Federal Judge Gloria Navarro has apparently made it a crime for anyone to stand up against any tyrannical government agents hell bent on killing someone, anyone, just because "THEY ARE THE LAW"...

  Anyone who thinks this federal government is not out of control is either sound asleep or has their head up the wrong hole.

  America is supposed to be a Constitutional Representative REPUBLIC where no one is above the law, not even those who we send to Washington as our representatives. NOT even this so-call- federal judge Gloria Navarro.

  And that also includes those government agents who have now apparently decided that since they wear a badge and a gun, and since they have the backing and support by elected officials like Senator Harry Reid and federal judges like this Gloria Navarro, that they can just go out and murder American citizen's any damn time they decide it might be a fun thing to do.
  These people have the authority, the badges and the guns, they have "the Law" , and any time the people think they are going to stand up and defend themselves or their neighbors, these federal government agents are right there ready, willing, and eager to put you back in your place.

  They are more than willing and eager to prove to the people that THEY are the LAW and that THEY ARE the authorities. You WILL NOT RESIST............

  Does any of that sound familiar people" I think we have all been here before, I think we have all heard that story in the past.

  Gregory Burleson, 53, Blind and crippled sentenced to 68 years in Federal prison for his roll in defending the Bundy's.
  U.S. District Court Judge Gloria Navarro did take into account his blindness and frailty — he sat in a wheelchair during the hearing — but she also reminded Burleson of his crimes, which included threatening a federal law enforcement officer, obstruction of justice and interstate travel in aid of extortion.

  She said agents — who hunkered down in a wash while Bundy supporters trained guns on them, recorded them and shouted at them — were scarred from the experience and suffered mental trauma.

  “That isn’t something that heals over with a scab,” Navarro said. “You can’t put it in a cast or stitch it up.”

  Yes Kimberly, Col. Riley is ok, doing as well as can be expected I guess. He has suffered a pretty devastating loss. Mary was more than just his wife, she was his real soul mate and companion since 1963.

  Ammon Bundy is RIGHT.
  The real question in the Bundy and Hammond case is whether or not America has a Constitution. And is our Government bound by those laws limits inscribed within that Constitution.

  Apparently NO, The Federal Government has decided that NO - THEY are NOT bound by any limits and they do NOT have to abide by any restrictions or limits placed on them by any old Constitution.
