Your oath to defend AND uphold the Constitution also means to defend it AGAINST TYRANTS IN GOVERNMENT! EVEN if it means standing up to the President Himself, if HE TREADS ON THE CONSTITUTION! And he has! Just yesterday, 10-31-11, in a press release stated he will "CONTINUE TO ACT WITHOUT CONGRESSIONAL AUTHORITY..." THAT is unconstitutional!
