OK, this plan is the next step. They are putting together their plan and using our resources(Tax Dollars and other resources) to put us (We the People) under control, including killing us, detention facilities, etc. Re-writing the constitution and bill of rights, NO WONDER the government doesn't want to listen to its citizens. They are planning for "WAR AGAINST THE POPULATION IN THIS COUNTRY, PROBABLY SOONER THAN LATER" It sounds like they are expecting a nuclear strike on this country sometime soon and that is why they are asking for taxation up to 80% of allowable for first responders and military training for the same. No wonder Gun Purchases by the masses are at an all-time high.....
