    On the Senate floor, U.S. Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.) praises the efforts of Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt to challenge the Constitutionality of Obamacare. During the speech he argues that America should not move toward socialized medicine when other countries are trying to move away from it and more towards a system like America has traditionally had.
