Well of course he was cleared by a totally corrupt Judicial system and by spineless politicians!

(CBS/AP) The Justice Department's inspector general cleared Attorney General Eric Holder and his top deputies Wednesday of knowing about the gunwalking operation known as Fast and Furious that allowed thousands of weapons to cross into Mexico, CBS Radio News reports.
Two of those weapons turned up at the scene where Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was killed during a shootout in 2010 with drug traffickers.
Holder, who the Republican-led House of Representatives cited for contempt in a dispute over Fast and Furious documents earlier this year, said in a statement released Wednesday that the report was "consistent" with what he's said about the botched operation.
"It is unfortunate that some were so quick to make baseless accusations before they possessed the facts about these operations - accusations that turned out to be without foundation and that have caused a great deal of unnecessary harm and confusion," Holder said. "I hope today's report acts as a reminder of the dangers of adopting as fact unsubstantiated conclusions before an investigation of the circumstances is completed."
While the inspector general heaped most of the blame for Fast and Furious on investigators in Phoenix, one senior official, Deputy Assistant Attorney General Jason Weinstein, is blamed for not acting to stop the tactics.
Weinstein resigned Tuesday night. His lawyer told CBS Radio News that the report was badly flawed.
"Jason has dedicated much of his career to fighting violent crime and has led highly successful efforts around the country in this effort," Holder said. "The American people are safer because of his work."

The Justice Department's internal watchdog faulted the agency for misguided strategies, errors in judgment and management failures during the bungled gun-trafficking probe.
In his 471-page report, Inspector General Michael Horowitz referred over a dozen people for possible disciplinary action for their roles in Operation Fast and Furious.
The report found no evidence that Holder was informed about the operation before Jan. 31, 2011, or that the attorney general was told about the controversial gun-walking tactic employed by the department's Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

Really, he was in charge, and they worked for him, and he had advisory authority for the other departments as to legality, and they did it on their own???? I though Grimms Fairy Tales were outdated.
My a$$!
They all gotta go. Period.
And at this point, I don't care how it happens.
Think about that.
This is why we have so much political corruption.None of them are held accountable. Why should they stop all the dirty dealings.Nothing is going to happen.
NO NO NO-he is guilty as sin and this is totally corrupt and invalid. Call Issa and Chaffetz
So then why was Executive Privilege Invoked? Hmmm....
we the people, who are the real government, these lawless/treasonous/useless do nothing, this treasonous exist as long as we the people, allow it to exist,we know longer have a government,we have a treasonous communist bunch in office, talking it good to a point,we talk and talk and talk, but now we must walk the walk.

I don't think the Justice Dept should be investigating the Attorney General. Let Congress name the person to conduct the investigation. My suggestion for starters would be Sheriff Joe. The Attorney General would really blow a gasket if he were faced with this. But this should not be permitted to end here. Maybe Holder will cop a plea and testify against Obama. Yea Right!
This is total BS. The investigator has either been paid off or threaten. If someone in charge of a department as important as the justice department does not know about such a serious operation as F & F, that person does not deserve to be in charge. In no way did anyone that ever worked with or for me not inform me about any situation that involved me in the slightest way. Heads would have been rolling. Jason Weinstein is the goat. Will he stand still and let the thieves and thugs heap a pile of s _ _ _ on him. Probably, since he has been involved and remained silent all this time. The inspector general needs to be investigated. Corruption up corruption. Absolute power corrupts.
if only that were the extent of the "Fast and Furious" agenda Obama's agenda was to make a reason to further restricting Citizens from having guns to that end
Rahm Emanuel reports that he knew about the operations while he was at the White House so if he did Holder sure did. Not only high caliber weapons but conversion kits to make semiautomatic weapons full auto, and explosives as well and the makings for grenades and an uncounted number of rocket launchers.

Both have tattoos that express allegiance to those gangs, authorities said. and other weapons have been found at crime scenes in that state and surely have spread out from there to other gangs.
yeah, yeah, yeah. The same old BS, cover up for the high and mighty. Why then did obama surround him with executive privilege? We knew they would find a scape goat. Wonder how much they paid Jason to take the rap?
