Short and sweet folks! Seems like this should be obvious but sometimes the most obvious things escape our thought processGET A CITIZENS BAND RADIO!Portable if possible but get one. If they shut down the common forms of being able to contact each other they can not shut down shortwave radios. And they are readily available at almos ALL electronics outlets!That is all
