Federal Judge: Mt. Soledad Cross Must Come Down

A cross atop Mount Soledad in California is an unconstitutional religious display on government land and must come down, a federal judge in San Diego ruled late Thursday.

It seems we have another Federal Judge that needs to retire immediately, (if not sooner).

This is just my personal opinion but I think his retirement plan should consist of an introduction to a 357
