That makes me physically ill to see it. I honestly want to go and slap some over priced DC idiots around for doing this.
This is strange - just sent an e-mail to a friend complaining about these expenses - not knowing the bottom line. This is beyond outrageous. Wish we could just pink-slip 98% of them and send them packing. We'd be better off to start with a whole new deck of cards. We need to do something about the fact that congress approves its own salaries and perks. An oversight group should be making such decisions, working from an established budget. There is no doubt that private citizens elected to congress and the oval office would be more accountable, trustworthy, and willing to do job as required and as stated by oath.
It took me 3 days to put this together so that it was something that would resonate. I challenge everyone to go to the website www.legistorm.com and browse around. Find your State, your Representative, your Senator. Look at the Committees you pay for. Ask only one question, WHY?, but ask it many times. Remember what the answer is if you get one and take the information to the voting booth. It is past time these weasels stopped the rape of America. I could have put all my questions in this document but then I would have depreived you of the anger you justly deserve. Semper Fi

i'm forwarding this on in hopes that it will go viral (not just w/ conservatives, but also throughout the liberal side); i don't think ANY american will be pleased to learn this...

How about we make them put all the monies they have absconded with for the last 30 years back into the Social Security trust fund.
