International ban on Arms treaty is Redrick , not going to happen in the United States

 Redbrick  Treaty that supersedes 2nd amendment not going to happen .. ultimately the supreme court will prevent any act that would violate or circumvent  the  2nd amendment  The secretary of state makes a gesture in the UN she has not got the authority to implement in the US.The president and senate can not take away  that constitutional right  that would require a 2/3 rds majority Both house of congress and the presidents signature in favor of changing the constitution..
