Now that there is a bigger failure in the oval office then Carter was, he has got to be happy. But could all of the failings of this predecessor bringing up all of Carters failures show the dismal state of affairs that the Foreign Policy of the Left has given us? Will these past couple decades finally become a turning point and an opportunity to learn from past mistakes for the Federal Government?
