"Legal Standing" is a bunch of Bull! I believe every US Citizen has the Right to so-called Legal Standing! If we don't, then who does?

US citizens have the least rights nowadays.

Elizabeth, you are right. We the People are born with legal standing, each and everyone of us. We are being denied our rights by the rogue government.

Why are we talking about legal standings while Congress, the Senate, and the president himself have blatantly disregarded, nay, disemboweled the Constitution? All of them took a solemn oath to protect and defend the Constitution, and have done just the opposite. And not covertly, but openly, defying opposition. I would like to know why ANY, if not all, of these people are still walking around unchallenged.

And this same bunch of crooks are trying to deny us the rights that we have, not through the government, but are "endowed with by our Creator." Remember that the Constitution does not GIVE us these rights, it merely states them so that they may not be ignored. Or biggest problem is that most of these crooks are lawyers, so it's like trying to get a pack of wolves to police themselves.

We have legal standing starting with the 1st Amendment, which right now id being dismantled by the DISCLOSE Act. When our government starts to run this country based on the Bill of Rights, we may have half a chance. Right now, that doesn't look too promising.
